This one bedroom, one bath villa boasts a brand new remodel including hardwood floors, granite countertops, new furnishings, and oversized walk-in shower. Sitting in a private lakefront Island setting, this property has a covered patio with ample seating, a private grill, and incredible panoramic sunset views over Lake Travis. A washer/dryer, HDTVs, and high speed wireless internet are provided as well.

The open floor plan family room has a large sofa with a queen size sleeper as well as an HDTV. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and adjacent dining table that expands to seat four people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and patio access overlooking Lake Travis. The bathroom has a beautifully remodeled and oversized walk-in shower with multiple nozzles and elegant touches throughout. This is a wonderful vacation option option for a couple or small family with privacy, amazing views, and just steps away from the many amenities at the Island on Lake Travis. Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

The place was great! It was quiet and clean! There were two things… the AC didn’t work very well and the swimming pools did not have enough chairs and chaise lounges, but other than that it was a great place!

The Island on Lake Travis
We enjoyed our 2 month stay so much that we booked for 3 months next year. Management and maintenance were excellent and the peace and quiet was appreciated. Neighbors were very friendly and the amenities were enjoyed. LagoVista golf course was having a problem with their greens but we look forward to the improvement we hope to see next year. 😁

We weren't impressed the apartment/condo rental was dirty, too far from restaurants or other lake activities. The lake was down 30-40 ft. The restaurant on location we do not recommend at all. It was pretty desolate too.

Gorgeous View
The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda and listening to the fountain while looking at the lake. The condo had a lot of storage, so we were not tripping over our belongings. The shower was very hard to adjust to the correct temperature. The toilet handle stuck and took some getting used to. We were also very disappointed that the indoor pool was not in working order. That is one of the main reasons we chose to rent here. It was still too cold to use the outdoor pools for most of the month we were there. In addition, one of the outdoor hot tubs went down and was down for the last couple of weeks we were there.

A/C unit leaked condensation over and in the refrigerator. Shower leaked water under the glass pane. Ceiling fans remote controlled both fans, they to be separate. No iron and ironing board in the room. Called the office and was told they would bring one but never showed up.

No toaster, no hair dryer, hardly any bowls, no steak knives, teflon on fry pans all scratched up, had to ask for a fry pan, only a one cup coffee pot, had to ask for a step stool because cabinets and microwave were made for 6ft people. Ice maker not working properly, ceiling fan in living room vibrated and was noisy, drain plugged in shower flooded bathroom. No hand mixer either. I owned a beach rental and it was very well equipped. Not like this one. Very oor.

21st birthday!
This trip was for my daughter's 21st birthday! My daughter just loved it. We enjoyed all the amenities and the convince of the restaurant on the second floor. I will definitely be booking another trip soon.
