This spacious Dripping Springs ranch house is the perfect retreat for your next Hill Country getaway. Dripping Springs boasts a unique array of breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Visit Deer Creek Ranch (roughly one mile away) and discover 20+ acres of parkland with scenic hiking trails and lakes, as well as access to a playground, volleyball area, grills, and beach for swimming. After a long day of exploring, unwind in your own private hot tub and sauna, or enjoy stargazing from the comfort of the large deck or around the firepit. Your home also features a lavish screened porch with bar seating for enjoying the outdoors with inside comfort.

The interior of the home boasts comfortable furnishings and modern decor. Gather in the living area and stream your favorite movies or in the elegant dining area to share meals together. You can prepare these in the gourmet kitchen with sparkling appliances and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. For additional convenience, you’ll have access to WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer, providing all the essentials needed for a complete and amazing stay.

Spacious and comfortable home
This house is very spacious and was very comfortable for our group of five people. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Grocery stores and other shopping are a quick 10 minute drive away.

Nice, spacious house. ‘Great water pressure. We were looking forward to using the windowed back patio, however, the AC was not working; fine for early morning coffee. Perfect location for the Dripping Springs wedding venue and for visiting Wimberley.

Just what we needed for a girls getaway!
The outdoor space was the best! Hot tub is huge. Great deck and seating space to just relax. We could not figure out how to use the sauna which was disappointing but over all it was perfect.

Perfect weekend get away!
The house was perfect for my group. The house had plenty of room and the hot tub was huge. We loved the open and closed patio seating and it was super quiet at night. We would go back.

Great place to stay
The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Upon arrival the house was nice and cool and all the ceiling fans were on which was very welcoming on a hot Texas day. It has a spacious and cozy living room, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of outside space with multiple areas to sit and enjoy your time. We had access to the garage which was super helpful for unloading/loading. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Wonderful home to spend a few days in the hill country
Spacious home, king sized beds in each bedroom. Nice double shower in the master. Huge hot tub outside. Our kids loved seeing deer roam the front yard in the mornings. Will definitely check a availability the next time we visit family in the area.

This house has a well stocked kitchen! Plenty of room for everyone! We took advantage of the hot tub as well as the sauna. Had a minor issue with the internet, but it was resolved quickly.

Wonderful secluded home
Fantastic secluded home not far from the city Austin. Home is in a quiet neighborhood outside the city. Has a huge hot tub great for relaxing, sauna, yard swing and great enclosed back porch area. The inside of the house was very clean and set up very nicely. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook simple small meals or large family dinners. The beds are all very comfortable, and the master bathroom has a huge wonderful dual shower head shower. Everything about this property was top notch. We will definitely be coming back again

Quiet and Comfortable
Home was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located to Dripping Springs where we were attending a family wedding. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Did not have the opportunity to try hot tub but definitely adds to the rental. Only negative was the quality of ceiling fans - they were noisy and inefficient (I’m picky!). Would definitely recommend to others!

Great for family gathering
We were 5 adults ages 58-74. The property worked well for us. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful closed-in porch, yard, and hot tub. It was quiet, and we saw lots of deer, including a spotted fawn. We also appreciated that there were 3 king-sized beds. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because the mattresses on all three beds were so soft, none of us were able to get good sleep while we were there. Also, the sofa was hard to sit on. It was oddly deep, without enough pillows for back support, and very low to the ground. Otherwise, though, the property was perfect for our gathering. These minor issues would be easy for the owner to fix.

Texas Ranch House in Dripping Springs
Sweet house with spa and sauna, plus there was complete privacy. We were in a neighborhood, however, this home is situated with wonderful windows and tons on lights, and, we could not see any other properties from the windows. Loved it!

It’s a great location if you are visiting Dripping Springs and Austin. Close to some great restaurants in Bee Cave. The house was very clean and had about everything you would need for a lengthy stay.
