It also adjoins the riverfront Rivery Park, which offers playgrounds, a disc golf course, a nature pond, and access to the 25-mile hiking and biking trail, the N. San Gabriel River Trail, which in turn connects to Lake Georgetown, downtown and a variety of city parks and amenities. More highlights include a private elevator and a private rooftop terrace, the perfect place to start the day with coffee or wind down with a glass of wine.

Inside, you’ll find classic brownstone architecture with a Texas touch and Western chic decor throughout. The open-concept living space is great for family time and group meals, and the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, plenty of gadgets, and lots of counter space. At the end of the night, relax in the central AC while you watch a little TV in the living room. Use the in-home WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, or catch up on remote work in the dedicated office space. At the end of the night, three comfortable bedrooms await, each with an en suite bathroom. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
