Location:
- 20 minutes walking from center University of Texas Austin.
- 1.5 Miles away from the Texas Capital and downtown Ausitn.
- 15 mins drive from the Domain.
- 16 mins drive from the Airport.

The apartment:
- Three bedrooms
- This townhome style apartment has 2x queen beds, 1x king bed, and a full sofa bed.
- 2.5x bathrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- Stairs maybe required. Not handicapped accessible.

Parking:
- At the moment, there is no way to open the garage door from outside. You have to go inside the unit to open it from the inside.
- Parking is available for two cars in the attached garage.
- The attached garage may not accomodate two trucks at once.
- You may need to park 2x cars back to back in the garage.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
- Parking on the adjacent street is free but it can be limited sometimes.

Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Check-in:
- Self flexible check-in.
- Unless you have approval, you must check-in on or after the indicated check-in time.
- The check-in instruction sheet will be emailed to you within 24 hours from check-in day.

Check-out:
- Unless you have approval, you must check-out on or before the indicated check-out time.
- Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges.

You Must Know:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit up to $500 for reservations under 28 nights.
- Reservations longer than 28 nights are subject to $3000 security deposit, full background and credit check.
- You are required to provide a picture of your ID and a selfie picture while holding your ID. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- You can provide the required pictures directly on our portal.
- We have doorbell cameras.
- Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee removal fee and may result in termination of your reservation.
- Parties are absolutely not allowed under no circumstances. This will result in termination of your reservation.
- Our system will automatically check if you have any violent criminal history. If you do, there is a chance we will cancel this reservation.

1. Identification Requirement:
- As part of our self-check-in process, we require a copy of your government-issued ID and a selfie of you holding the ID. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will check in and upload the ID information. These documents must be submitted through our designated form prior to check-in.

2. Security Deposit:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, which can be paid through our secure portal or via Airbnb. The deposit is fully refundable within three days after checkout, provided no violations of our house rules occur.

3. No Smoking or Parties:
- Smoking or hosting parties on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

4. Security Deposit Policy:
- Security deposits can be submitted through Airbnb or directly via our secure portal. If your reservation is subject to a security deposit and you refuse to pay, your check-in will be denied.

5. Criminal Record Policy:
- Reservations will be canceled if it is discovered that the guest has a criminal record.

6. Quiet Hours:
- You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.

7. Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in the termination of your reservation. If you are traveling with a service animal, you must declare it and the breed prior to check-in. Service animals must be accompanied at all times and cannot be left alone under any circumstances.
