The tiny house was in a great location and was clean. The problem that I had was that there were two massive cracks in the shower floor that were poorly covered up with some see through soft covering. When I take a shower, I want to feel clean, but felt dirty after. It would be an easy investment to change out the shower. Overall I would recommend this stay, but just know that if you value a clean shower, I would recommend elsewhere.

The property was in need of repairs. There was mold in the bathroom near the bottom of the sink area and around the bottom of the front door. The shower was gross since the bottom had been broken and was patched up twice. There was a light out at the very top, above by the loft. The makeshift ramp that came before the steps to the front door was very dangerous and since it was raining, I almost slipped twice. It looked like some non-slip safety tape had been applied but half of it was gone. The area in front of the door had a board that was sunk in; in which I almost twisted my ankle. There were trash cans along the walkway/ driveway, which I didn’t know if they belonged to the property or someone else since they were in the street throughout our stay. I were still able to get rid of all our trash

Excellent Location
This is was a wonderful Tiny Home in a great location. There are marts, restaurants, and bars within a short walk (recommend Josephine's for brunch and Donn's Depot or Mean Eyed Cat for late night bevies); neighborhood was safe a quiet; check in and check out procedures were easy and clear; excellent communication with the property manager! Be advised, the bathroom/shower is small, but what do you expect... its a tiny home. Thanks for a WONDERFUL weekend!

The Tiny House
The location of the tiny house is perfect. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is due to the shower leak in the bathroom floor. Once this is fixed, 5 stars for sure. Very cute, tiny house in a prime and very safe location.

Wonderful weekend!
My sister and I came in for a mini bachelorette trip of sorts and got to enjoy many of the natural springs around Austin. The location of the home was perfect for morning walks to get breakfast or coffee, scooter and look at the city’s architecture and a short distance from downtown in the evenings. Loved our trip!

Great stay!
The tiny house worked out very nicely. It’s only about a mile from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and variety stores within a 5 minute walk. I walked and biked downtown but for evenings Uber trips were only $7-$10 each way. I appreciated the cleanliness of the house. Everything was as pictured and described. My one message to the host was answered immediately. Great place to explore Austin from.

Excellent location!
Great for one or two people. Excellent, private location in close proximity to downtown. A small, charming place. A couple disclaimers: the two couches were extremely uncomfortable for two people to sit on comfortably and watch TV, and one of them did not fold out properly to become a bed; I think it might be broken but did not investigate further. Being that the sofas the only place to lounge about in the home after long, hot days out and about in the city, that was a bummer. Also, there are no bicycles available despite pictures of them on this listing. Despite these things, the Tiny House is a great value and the location is hard to beat!

Gem in Central Austin
Spent a week's "stay-caytion" in my favorite Austin neighborhood. I could take a short walk to a pharmacy, liquor store, taco place, diner, or a number of classy sit-down restaurants. Also, a short jog to the Lady Bird Lake trail. The space is just as shown in the pics and perfectly cozy and quiet. Check-in couldn't have been easier. Thanks!

Perfect Little Gem, Centrally-Located
I stayed at the Tiny House for 3 nights in July and the little gem had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. I was in Austin for business and the Tiny House was centrally-located to my meeting places, and there was always ample parking in the quiet neighborhood. I loved the close proximity to Whole Foods! The neighborhood is very safe, I enjoyed several walks, and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Air conditioning was very welcomed upon my return every day. Thank you for offering your Tiny House for a wonderful stay in the wonderful city of Austin. Hope to be back someday soon!

Great Experience!
We were in town for only 2 nights and this little tiny house provided all the comforts we needed and more! It is located in a very quaint neighborhood, walking/biking distance to everything you'd need! The space itself was very clean and cozy! Shaun was a tremendous host, responding quickly and graciously. We had some trouble with the bikes and he was quick to answer and problem solve with us. I greatly appreciate the hospitality and I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great location to stay in Austin!

Comfy, quiet, and convenient
We loved our stay in the tiny house! It was private, had all the amenities we needed, and was in a great neighborhood. The location offers easy access to downtown and plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everything you need, nothing you don't
I stayed in Tiny House with my girlfriend for a 4 day trip to Austin over 4th of July weekend. It was hot outside, but this little house stayed nice and cool thanks to the generous AC. Tucked away in the back yard of a home inside a fenced yard this little house has great privacy. The loft bed was comfy, kitchen had a little fridge for keeping drinks and leftovers cold, and the bathroom has a decent stand-up shower with the amount of water pressure you'd expect from a trailer (just enough). Extremely clean inside and out. Wifi was good. It was a perfect location, very close to downtown while still being in a quiet residential neighborhood and also good access to the freeway. The only possible setback might be the ladder for the loft bed, which might be challenging for less ambulatory people. The only real hiccup to my stay was that the owner didn't communicate with me at all before, during, or after my stay. Soon after I reserved he provided instructions on how to get there and the code for the door lock, but that's it. Not the end of the world, as I prefer minimal interaction, but most hosts at least make it known that they're available to take care of anything that arises. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

Very organized with recommendations, check in, etc. Enjoyed the bikes which were really cute. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's in a really nice neighborhood. We walked everywhere but it was a bit of a walk. Sean was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!
