Mi casa es su casa!  My 2000 sq. ft. home is situated in an established neighborhood in north central Austin.  The house is charming and colorfully decorated with folk art, hardwood floors and Mexican tiles throughout. 
 I have an immaculate home with a great Austin vibe. Bedroom 1  has a King size bed and full bathroom with tub. Bedroom 2  has 2 twin beds and full closet.  Bedroom 2 and 3 share a modern/vintage inspired bathroom directly across the hall.   Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has it's own key pad entrance that leads to the back patio with hot tub right outside your door. Bedroom 4 is attached to the main house but also has its own private entrance. Attached to it  is a small private bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed and a full size futon bed.  There is a flat screen TV, Roku, stereo system, DVD player, ceiling fan, bar sink and armoire in your room. You will also be able to enjoy a backyard paradise including a huge back patio with a BBQ grill, fire pit, mature trees, and a lap pool. We also have a Jacuzzi hot tub for your enjoyment.
You will love cooking in my full set up kitchen. The living room area is spacious and wide open which lends itself nicely to small social gatherings.
 Our home is clean and smoke free.  We have parking for 4 small cars in the driveway.  We have a bike path that runs directly in front of our home.  There are cyclists, joggers, roller bladers and walkers zooming by throughout the day.  If you enjoy fitness you will feel right at home and if you don't enjoy fitness, you will enjoy watching!

My home is NOT located in downtown Austin.  Before booking my home, please make sure the location is right for you!!  I am 5 miles (10 min by car) to downtown, provided there isn't a festival going on. Downtown Austin, UT, Zilker Park, Austin Convention Center, Barton Springs and Austin's entertainment district are all approximately 5 - 7 miles away and can be reached by car or public transit. There is a bus stop within walking distance but it takes 30 minutes by bus to get downtown. Recommended for festivals at Zilker park. 

We are a licensed short term rental with the city of 
Austin.  The City of Austin has a no outdoor noise code that is strictly enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and no more than 8 guests are allowed at the home.  In order to preserve the relationship I have with my neighbors and keep with in Austin City code, I ask that if you are planning a party weekend, my home is not the right place for you.  Out of respect for my neighbors and to keep within code, loud noise, outside, after 10:00 PM will not be tolerated and is cause for removal from the property.  This property has Nest outdoor camera's installed outdoors only. Indoor noise is not a problem, only outdoor noise after 10:00pm and before 8:00am. If you have any questions, please ask.

Great layout for families
Our family really enjoyed the Cha Cha Cha house. It has a great layout for multiple families. Note that the pool, art and decor is fun but can be a little bit challenging for inquisitive toddlers. The kitchen is really well stocked and beds are comfy. Great location!

Eclectic house that was perfect for family vacation
The property was very unique and a lot of fun. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property from the pool to hot tub to lawn games. It was a short 10-15 minute drive into Austin for sights and then a nice getaway to relax in the afternoon at the pool.

We were 7 middle aged cousins looking for a place to be able spend time together...talking, laughing, eating, hot-tubbing and seeing the sights. We could not have been happier. Excellent weekend @ The Cha Cha Cha
The house had the perfect amount sleeping quarters and restrooms. The backyard was the highlight of the property for my stay. The pool was very clean and refreshing in the summer heat. Plenty of shaded areas to sit out and relax. The location could not be better. Everything you would need is only a 5-10 minute drive. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

Perfect Austin vacation home, we loved everything about it. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and filled with everything needed for long weekend or monthly stay. Barbara was perfect host and checked to be sure we had everything we needed over the weekend. The beautiful pool was super clean with plenty of lounge chairs, floats, and cool landscaping. It was so relaxing and had something for everyone. Also great location to downtown Austin, restaurants and Lake Austin.

Quiet Time in Austin
My wife and I were down visiting my son yhat lives in California but was down working at SXSW. This property was perfect for us being close to downtown but yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property owners we great and very attentive we had no issues but Barbara did text us to see if we were enjoying the stay. Backyard is very peaceful and we caught up on some reading.. We will visit again next year during the SXSW event Property and Managers 5 out of 5 stars.

This was the perfect house for our annual guys trip. There is plenty of room to spread out both within the house and the back yard (the Jacuzzi is a must). Barbara and Will are consummate hosts. Every detail is covered and their friendliness and hospitality shine through the entire process. The house is very-well equipped with everything needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. Great location within an easy drive to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood as well. Don't miss out on the opportunity!

Family getaway
I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs throughout the country, and this home ranks in the very top. There was plenty of room for our (2) teenagers and ourselves. The home was so charming and unique, you can’t help but feel happy when you walk inside. The pool was a wonderful way to cool off from the 100+ heat. Barbara was so easy to work with and so friendly. If I am ever lucky enough to come back to Austin I will definitely stay here!

Perfect backyard, quiet neighborhood, lovely house
We really enjoyed our stay in the cha-cha-cha house. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The backyard is simply perfection with the pool and the hot tub and many places to lounge. The beds are incredibly comfortable in every single room but the back room takes the cake. The hosts are gracious and we will be back. Thank you for everything.
