This property really did a 180 turn around. The prices are unbearable in Austin considering each rm has a kitchenette (microwave AND stove), tons of storage space and I've never seen floors so clean, no mold in the bathroom AT ALL. Caulk and paint was pretty new. Lots of USB charger ports in very convenient places and it's soooo quiet here at night considering the location.
