Step into this uniquely designed 90s country-themed retreat, where fun meets comfort just a short drive from ROUND ROCK & AUSTIN’S best spots. Cowboy Cabana is decked out with bright, bold colors, a custom oval bar, and selfie-ready decor featuring disco balls and cowboy hats, making it the perfect getaway for larger groups celebrating bachelorettes, birthdays, or a laid-back Texas escape.

The Space:
Our home has recently been professionally designed & renovated to include bright bold murals and includes a sense of nostalgia into classic country and Texas vibes. We also have 2 dedicated workspaces in case you plan to work while traveling. This is the perfect place to have fun or celebrate a big milestone!

Location, Location, Location:
The home is located in a very safe family friendly neighborhood • less than 5 minutes to downtown Round Rock • less than 8 minutes from Kalahari Resorts • close access to major highways for quick access to downtown Austin • and walking distance to a nearby Starbucks • 7eleven • & other shops. Whether you’re here for a round of drinks on Rainey Street, downtown Round Rock, or a serene day at Zilker Park, everything’s within reach.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our spacious home sleeps 15 comfortably with a brand-new sofa bed in the living room (Double bed size when flat), 2 themed private bedrooms (Featuring a King and a queen sized bed), a Master bedroom with 2 Memory foam queen beds, and a funky bunk room featuring 2 Queen memory foam beds, 2 Twin memory foam bunk beds, & a brand-new sofa bed (Full size when flat) to ensure every guest sleeps in style and absolute comfort. A Pack'N'Play’ travel crib is available upon request.

Backyard Paradise:
Make memories in our Insta-worthy backyard! Take a refreshing dip in the pool, challenge friends to outdoor pong and yard games, or enjoy a cocktail or two in our amazing new wet bar & hot tub patio room. Gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars – the ultimate way to unwind after exploring Austin.

Safety First:
For the safety of all our guests, access from the backyard to the pool area is fenced and protected with a child lock on the gate, for any guests with small children.

Guest-First Access & Amenities:

• Guests will have Private access to the whole house, backyard, hot tub, and pool.

• Normal Check-in is anytime after 4:00pm. Upon Request, we can attempt to coordinate with our cleaners to accommodate an earlier check-in but typically 2-2:30pm is the earliest possible time & our cleaners may be finishing up upon your earlier arrival. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

• Check-out is at 11:00am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we typically cannot offer late check-out requests.

• However, you can ALWAYS request early Drop-Off of your Luggage securely inside the home. As Early as 11:30am for luggage drop-off, upon request.

• Our home is equipped with all you need for a smooth stay: a fully stocked kitchen, central A/C, high-speed WiFi, plenty of entertainment options, a makeup bar, hot tub, coffee maker, custom cabana style bar, and plenty of insta-worthy photo ops! With ample space, a beautiful bar, and decor inspired by the heart of Texas and Classic Country hits, The Cowboy Cabana provides the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable Texas experience.

★ Every Wednesday, our Pool/Lawn care/Maintenance guy comes by the house to mow the lawn and service the Pool and Hot Tub.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ Our property manager Bre (female), takes the outside Trash to the curb on Wednesday evenings.

★ Pool & hot tub are both cleaned weekly so chlorine levels are always good. With that being said, Wind does tend to blow debris into the pool, which is why our cleaners do their best to clean it after every stay. Some debris are going to be a fact of life unfortunately but the pool is regularly maintained, pool pump operates daily, & Pool filters changed weekly.
[Tip]: There is a net that You can use to skim the pool more IF you desire too (not mandatory).***
