We reserved this location for a long weekend. My travel partner reached out to the owners before we booked to ask about some negative feedback they received from previous guests & the owners assured her everything was cleaned and taken care of.That couldn’t have been further from the truth. When we checked in, we were greeted by dead bugs in the entryway and stains all up the carpet stairs. The kitchen was filthy and there were more dead bugs and carpet stains upstairs. The mattress in the downstairs sleeping area had urine stains on it. The whole place was pretty gross top to bottom. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms.When we called the owners, they assured us they would make arrangements to clean. While we waited, a delivery service showed up and dropped off paper towels & bags of cleaning supplies, apparently for us to use to clean it ourselves. We had already paid a cleaning fee with our reservation.The VRBO team quickly helped us cancel this reservation after we sent them pictures of the unit’s condition and we ended up staying at a nearby hotel instead.Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this place.When we cal

Worst experience with a short-term rental EVER
First, the communication was horrible. No check-instruction sent AT ALL. We had to call the host when we arrived and then he gave us a key-code and said “I’ll be right there.” Not a huge deal but annoying. We use the key code open the door, someone’s shoes are right there. We think we have the wrong townhouse! But the host also arrives just then and says he needs just a few minutes to get it ready. Okay. Nevermind that the VERY limited info we did get prior to arrival said check in was 4pm and it’s 4:15. Also, not the biggest deal in the world. So, we come in, order groceries for the weekend. At first glance it’s not horrible. Looks like more short-term rentals. Yes, the carpets are pretty stained and dirty looking. Not crazy about that but we’ll live. Then it’s bedtime. We go to the bedroom on the lower floor and as I grab the comforter, I notice spots, crusty spots! Ew. Okay, I’ll just pull that off. As I pull the top blanket back, i see a small spider crawling across the sheets. Also gross and creepy but I kill it and keep trying to make the best of it. Then my daughter puts her feet under the bed and feels something. We pull the flat sheet back and there’s a carcass of a beetle IN the bed! At this point I take a closer look around…there are dead bugs in every corner of the room. Now I’m taking a closer look everywhere and I see stains on the shower curtains, hair on the bathroom floors. Theres more but I’ve run out of room. Save yourself the misery. NEVER BOOK HERE!

Nice place overall
I booked this place for my husband and his coworker for out of town work. The place is as pictured and was nice to stay at overall according to my husband. The check in process however was a pain. Although the host was responsive, there were moments I felt like we were hanging on for an answer. Like the townhome number would have been nice to have instead of waiting outside multiple ones not knowing where to go. The response of being told the key is on the table with a picture was useless without knowing which place they were suppose to go into. My husband his coworker and myself all tried reaching out to the property manager and have yet to hear from him. We were leaving messages asking which townhome is correct, that they are there waiting to get in, and why he wasn’t there to meet them as told by the host. Even though they have since checked out, I find it very concerning the property manager never returned any of our calls. Just glad I reached out to the host who then finally gave me the information needed for check in. SOOOO That part was a bit messy. Besides the aggravated inconvenience of the check in process, everything else was nice, location and place. Oh and note beds are very low to the ground so keep in mind when booking.
