Perfect place for our purposes. We simply required three beds, but this home provided nearly everything. Appreciated everything from the pound of ground coffee so we didn’t have to run out first thing in the morning to the variety of TV options that were available when we returned in the evening. Very clean.

Great place! We had a short stay but if back in Austin area again would stay here again. Very comfortable and great amenities. We loved the backyard lighting and porch area to relax.

The property was exceptionally clean and fresh. A very quiet neighborhood close to lots of things Austin. The beds were very comfortable and the property had many amenities not usually seen in hotels or VRBO's such as iPhone charging cords by the beds and AppleTV. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house, great location!
This was probably the best short term stay I’ve ever had! Not only was the house even better than I expected, but the manager also did a phenomenal job communicating back and forth. Would highly recommend next time you’re in the Austin area, looking to be close to downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Some friends and I stayed at Ryan’s property during SXSW and it was better than described. Morning coffee in the porch in this quit neighborhood with a 15 minute Uber to all the Downtown action. The beds were comfy, yard spacious and the house was super clean. Every amenity needed was made available. Will book again when in Austin. Thanks Ryan

Great house, decorated very tastefully with a Texas vibe. Owner was awesome to deal with, communicating in a timely fashion with any concern. Would recommend to anyone! Only negative…elderly parents that stayed here had difficulty navigating TV’s.

It was perfect!
After a fundraiser, we needed a place for our employees to count the money and enjoy a pleasing evening and get up in the morning and cook breakfast. There were two couples and one single woman. All of the beds were super comfy. It met all of our needs and it was super easy to work with Ryan on an early check in and late check out. We would stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Lovely Home To Stay While In Austin
This property is very nice. It served us well while visiting Austin in April. The fenced backyard is large and great for pets. There is a nice covered patio located in the backyard to the side of the house with comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable. We found we had everything we needed and felt quite at home. The only suggestion I would have would be to maybe add about 8 more forks! We cooked most of our meals and that was the item we kept running out of! So, as you can see not a huge problem at all! Ryan, the owner couldn't be more responsive. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Lovely and Comfortable
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is! Very spacious open concept living room/kitchen. Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Mattresses were comfortable and the bed linens were high quality. The other 2 bedrooms very nice size. The kitchen had everything we needed and some nice extras. Clean dishes and glasses in cabinets. Easy to access major highways and close to the airport. At first I wasn't sure about the neighborhood, as we've heard Austin has some bad areas and some of the house looked a little rough. However, on closer inspection, i believe it is a working class neighborhood, with lots of the houses getting remodeled and some just needing a little love. I felt safe, and the house had good security. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We loved it!

Worried about neighborhood upon arrival. Turned out not to be a problem. House was clean and comfortable (newly remodeled) However the quality of the remodel was very poor.Some doors wouldn’t close. There was a large gap under the front door when closed. (Bugs constantly crawling in) No live tv was a problem for us. There was Netflix and Hulu however Hulu was really non performing. Most of the time we were there just at night. We slept comfortably and a/c worked good.
