2 blocks off of South Congress Ave! This area provides many ways to get around Austin. Whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle, all are welcome and readily available.

- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
- Please place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool and the grill after each use.
- Unmonitored Cowboy Pool: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No glass in or around the pool area.
- We have a driveway available for 1 car around the backside of the home. There is paid street parking at the front of our property.
- Our record player comes with a selection of records. Please feel free to bring your own as well! Grundig Bluetooth Console Instructions are available on the unit. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
- The window blinds in the home have a retro style that matches the overall vibe of the space! Please handle them with care and wrap the cords around the designated hooks to keep them secure. Avoid using the plastic pieces on the cords for this purpose.
Parking Passes:
Please ensure the parking passes provided are not lost or taken, and remember to return them after checkout. A $500 fee will apply for unreturned/lost passes.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
