Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 18 adults.
-Maximum number of additional daytime guests is 4 between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-There is a Ring Doorbell camera used for 24/7 security purposes.
-Please do not throw, hit, or launch anything over the cliff, e.g. hitting golf balls. Evidence of such activity will result in a $500 fine. Thank you for being respectful.
-Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
-Pool is not heatedable.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
Events: Require Prior Approval + Event Fee based on event specifics. Max of 30 guests (no exceptions), no amplified music and all events must end by 10:00p. Supplemental Event Contract + Refundable Deposit Required.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Gorgeous expansive retreat home!
I stayed with a group of women for a retreat together and we really enjoyed our stay. The layout and the balconies are really expansive. I loved the art on the walls. It is a wonderful place to go with a group.

This house was perfect for our large group. The downside is they have tenants that stay on the property and have a nighttime curfew of 10pm for outside so we felt like we couldn't be out on the balcony's. Overall it was a great experience

Bachelorette Party
The house was enormous--much larger than the pictures indicating. It was amazing. Totally exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants in the area to order take out from. It was the perfect location for a girls getaway, but would also be great for families. Hope to come back soon with a different group!

Easter Weekend
Our family enjoyed our stay at Paisley Place and the view is breathtaking, especially the sunsets!! There is PLENTY of room to accommodate a large party of guests. We especially enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard, as well as, gathering with family in the large open Kitchen-TV room area. My only suggestion would be to give this home a little TLC to freshen it up a bit as rental property gets a lot of wear. Otherwise , I definitely would consider staying here again when in Austin

Lovely, large house
Our group of long time friends who get together every year enjoyed the spacious living areas. Kitchen was wonderful as we mostly ate in. However, the house is not being well maintained. Air intake vents need the filters changed (basement bathroom), living room windows have hand/finger prints over them and a designated recycle bin needs to be obvious. Handrail to basement is dangerous!

Great stay
Home needs a little TLC. Several lights out or not working. Entry way and decks could have been cleaned more. Master bath and bedroom, no towels or cloths hangers at all. Coffee pot works poorly. Minor things, but for such a beautiful home you would think things would be taken care of better. We would stay again if they will have us.

Thanksgiving retreat
Fabulous house. Great space and lots of room to move around. Was perfect for a Thanksgiving retreat. Especially during a pandemic! Lots and lots of space!! House does have a few quirks. One of the bedrooms is connected to the master and has challenging access. Property also right off of a major highway. No noise at all. You would not know it in the house but access in and out the property not super easy. Additionally there is a staircase to a lower level not clearly marked. However, the house really is dynamite in spite of these things and was perfect for our family holiday. We really enjoyed it! Property manager very responsive and helpful!!

Family trip
We rented this property to spend time as a family. The home is lovely and spacious and we really enjoyed our time!! I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone to either be together or be separate from the group. Lots of balcony space. The pool is kid friendly and the game room was a big hit as well. Overall, we loved it and felt very comfortable, the space was welcoming and homey. The management team is attentive, responds quickly, and friendly! Things to note: -All the pots and pans are Teflon coated but are scratched, we love to cook so I regret not bringing mine -Knives were not the sharpest but a knife sharpener is available -The kitchen is stocked with spices, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, two dishwashers, a few decorative cheese boards, and enough plates, cups, utensils for at least one meal for 16 people -Awesome ice maker in the island -The home is gated and located right off a highway -There are full bathrooms throughout, upstairs bedrooms are Jack and Jill style -Master suite is in fact massive -The mattresses are just okay -The grill was just okay too -There is an HEB 3 mins away -Austin is about 20-30 mins drive from there -The home is kept at 72* or 73* but it felt much cooler -The basement bedroom was the warmest part of the house -Lots of card and board games available -There is a challenging 1000 piece Christmas theme jigsaw puzzle—surprisingly all the pieces are there, we found out after 6 hours :)

Beautiful house, poor management
We booked this house for a bachelor party and had 13 adults stay. The house is beautiful but the kitchen was incredibly under stocked, we did not have enough pots/pans/etc to cook a meal for 13 people. I messaged the manager on three separate occasions and only got a response once. When she did she responded quickly but our problem was not resolved. The AC did not work AT ALL in one bedroom, and barely worked in 4 bedrooms. Only the master suites and the main house cooled off enough to sleep comfortably in the 106 degree summer heat. Overall the property was private, quiet, gorgeous and the venue would have been perfect if it weren’t for the communication issues and unbearable heat in the bedrooms. I’d still give a 4 out of 5 for this stay.

Awesome mansion
The place is even better in person than it is in the photos. A mansion with many cool areas to hang out... poolside, main floor porch, upper level porch, game room, etc. The house has that "wow factor" moment when you first walk in. Amazing views. It was clean and in good shape. The hosts had toiletries and plenty of towels for everyone. Only downsides... it's a little further from downtown than I realized on the map. About 25 minute uber, not a huge pain, but it's out there a bit. I wished we could have checked in earlier than 4pm as we had out of towners who arrived around noon, but I get the rules. Also, I missed this in the description, but there is an attached house where staff lives. Not a big deal but I hadn't read that and then was startled one night when we were outside and saw them. Again, no big deal, just an FYI. Overall, a fantastic experience and one of the most memorable houses anyone on our trip had ever stayed in.
