Parking & Electric Vehicle Charging:
✔ 2 off-street parking spaces in a private driveway (front of the house)
✔ Dual electric car charger available in the garage (available upon request with advance notice). However, please note that Tesla drivers must bring their own adapter.
✔ The cafe lights don't work currently. The switches to the outdoor patio heaters and fans are mounted to the chimney.
✔ The fireplace and garage are not for guest use. Please avoid feeding or disturbing the chickens, chicken coop, or pond—the lawn service, which comes on Sunday mornings or early afternoon, will maintain them. Any violation of these rules will result in a fine. Thank you for your cooperation!
There are a total of 7 cameras installed on the property, with 2 in the front yard, 1 in the chicken coop, 1 in the chicken run, 1 facing the pond, 1 on the back patio, and 1 facing the pool equipment.
⚠️ Please be aware that POOL HEATING IS UNAVAILABLE. If the heater is turned on, a $500 fee will be applied.
