You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lakefront 2 Bedroom Villa

Our villa is a 2 bedroom with a comfortable king and a queen bed plus a sofa bed. There is a large patio with a BBQ to enjoy the evening sunsets while looking out onto the lake. Or relax in the outdoor pools and hot tub overlooking the lake. Pictures taken when water level was higher.

We offer a keurig with a variety of pod options and our kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your own meals (instant pot, ninja blender, air fryer… etc) or walk over to the store on site restaurant and leave the cooking to them! (Usually open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings).

There is also an on site spa and small store where you can rent fun lake activities such as paddle boards!

Extra $50 non refundable pet deposit per pet if you choose to bring a pet. We have a dog bed in the master bedroom closet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Our villa is the perfect stop for a relaxing and memorable stay with your family!

Perfect Place for Getaway

We really like this condo! Very spacious, good beds , nice linen! Very good communication with the April. It was sad that the Lake is very dry 😞, but still beautiful! A lot Dears around to make the scenery even more beautiful.

Perfect Getaway from Hustle & Bustle
We needed a few days away from all the things Houston and this property was perfect. Very clean and owners were very responsive! Huge plus was being able to bring our dog. They had a dog bed and treats for him when we arrived. Book today for some much needed decompressing!!

Fantastic
We definitely picked the right place to stay to view the total eclipse! We were able to view it right from the balcony. This unit had everything we needed and a lot we didn’t know we needed. Loved all the little touches. There was even a temperature probe we used to get our steaks cooked just right on the grill. My wife and I also thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa. Great hosts, great place and a great area. We will be back!

Beautiful condo
Decided to spend the 4th on the lake, and am so grateful I found this lovely condo. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The balcony was my favorite place to be. Comfortable furnishings and a wonderful nighttime breeze. The host was gracious with some last minute changes and answered questions quickly and graciously. Would definitely recommend.

Very outdated but I guess the good price should have been the warning .. lots of work needs to be done broken laundry door mold in shower broken lamp in living room very dirty outdoor patio cobwebs and hornets nests everywhere

We LOVED our stay here, the property and room are everything pictured! The only downfall was the AC was on a nest system that would only change the temp for 2 hours or so and then return to 75, which was way too warm inside for days well in the 3 digits for the heat index. I understand why that is necessary, but it did make “escaping the heat” not as enjoyable as we had desired. Everything else was AMAZING though! Definitely recommend!
