PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF 5/18/2022 WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 3 FT OF WATER IN FRONT OF OUR DOCK (MOST OF THE DOCK IS ON THE GROUND). WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WATER LEVELS. PRAY FOR RAIN!

This house is on the lake and is just a short boat ride away to Lakeway Resort! Come see the sunrise and watch the deer in this backyard while sitting under the beautiful oak trees. Turn on the party lights at night and grill some steaks, or fish from your own personal dock.

Amazing!
The water levels were extremely low, but we had a great time! The outdoor space was perfect. Plenty of seating, shade and fun for the kids. The house was spotless and well kept. Looking forward to a return trip!

Nice Waterfront Property
It was a great weekend. Very nice property, clean and has everything you need. Nice views, and very close to water, were you can swim and fish. Cove was protected from boaters and waves for swimming. I would recommend this property.

Our family had a great day. The back patio was wonderful for morning coffee. The grandkids loved the hammock. The dock for fishing at night was so much fun for us. The uphill hike from the dock to the house was exhausting for the grandparents. But overall we would stay there again.

Perfect get away
We had an amazing time at the property. It was my older friends bachelor party and we wanted a place that was quiet and a a good place to unplug since we all have very busy lives. The lake house was beyond perfect for that. Enough space, quiet and amazing facilities. Couldn’t of been a better weekend. Thank you!

Great property
We loved the house for our Thanksgiving celebration. Beautiful home and back yard. Would have loved water access, but understand the owners can’t control nature. We went on several nature walks w our kids through the canal bed and found a ton of cool items. Overall, we loved every minute of our stay. 10/10 recommend!!

Sweet little house that needs a few tweaks
These are just some constructive comments that may be helpful: 1) the Wi-Fi isn’t the best, 2) stained drapery in one of the rooms 3) two bedrooms require you to walk through other bedrooms to get to the kitchen/den area 4) coats and shoes belonging to others left in the home was unexpected 5) loose faucet and sink doesn’t drain in the back bathroom 6) some light bulbs were out 7) some bedroom outlets didn’t hold plugs 8) oven was dirty. Now the good stuff 1) owner was very responsive at all times 2) never a lack of hot water for showers 3) very secure area with neighbors around walking 4) good lighting in bathrooms after we found some bulbs to replace 5) beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets.

Perfect Lake Getaway
This house is much nicer than it appears in the pics. Its really cute and tastefully decorated. The location in wonderful. The living room is larger and nicer than it appears in the pics. The kitchen was decently stocked and we found everything we needed. The rooms were a bit oddly spaced because you have to walk through some rooms to access the others in the back, but the sleeping arrangements were plentiful and comfortable. If you want total privacy from the other rooms then this may not be the place for you. We were with family so it wasnt a big deal. The house is in a fairly secluded neighborhood which makes it a bit difficult to run out for a quick grocery run, but its also what adds to its charm and privacy on the water. The outdoor space is what makes this place so amazing! its located in a little cove and the water is so easy accessible and beautiful. We spent most of the days on the deck swimming in the lake, jumping off the dock and fishing. The cove is quiet enough where it felt like we had enough privacy and safety from passing boats. The outdoor seating in the yard has a grill and a fire pit area, plenty of seating and a lot of green space for the kids to run around. The best surprise of the entire rental was the beautiful tree house in the back yard. The kids LOVED it. It was so cute and so much fun for outdoor adventures. We started planning our return before we even left. This is a very special place.

Beautiful backyard, but house needs some TLC
The house is cleaned and like other reviewers indicated that the layout was a little odd, but we made it worked. The house needs some TLCs though. One of the handles in one of the bathrooms’ faucet was not glued down. The lock on Both bathrooms was not working. There are lots little things that need fixing. Some of the utensils were rusted and should be throwing away. The picture of the house was not as described-well, not that it matter. The picture online is red, but in person it’s not. We were expecting water to be around their dock, one of the reasons we booked this place, but it was dried up. I supposed that’s out of their control, but would be nice if the owner let us know ahead of time. We did make it work and went over to the park for swimming and soaking the water since it was HOT! The backyard is absolutely beautiful! We hang out there most of the time. A lot of stuff for the kiddos to play with, which was a plus. We ran out of toilet paper on our last day so hopefully next time there’s a big party like us (12 total) that they would stock up more for them. The owner is very responsive and very nice in letting us use their kayaks!

Even with lake level being SO low, we had a blast!
It's always a great time at this VRBO. Lake was so low, but we still had fun! The new deck will be awesome once the lake levels come up. Can't wait for our next visit!

Nice family retreat
We stayed in early august 2022. The house doesn’t have the greatest curb appeal but the insides were nice and well appointed. Plenty of beds for our party of 7 to spread out. Direct TV and Wi-Fi was appreciated by all. The backyard is probably the best aspect of the property. Nice sitting area and gas grill. Unfortunately the water has receded to about 300 feet from the dock. There is a community park where one should be able to get access to the water. But we were met by an unfriendly resident who challenged us being there. Nonetheless, we went back and hung out on the dock without issues. This place would be more enjoyable when drought is over.

Peaceful and tons to do!
This was the perfect rental for us this last weekend! The house was very clean, and is very spacious. One of the things that I did t see mentioned was the BEAUTIFUL long dinner table in the back room! It's almost as long as the room, and a gorgeous dark wood- perfect for a family dinner. The back area with the BBQ and firepit was relaxing, especially with the porch hanging lights lit up. The ambiance was welcoming and relaxed, which we needed. There were a few neighbors around, but they were mostly some teens swimming in the lake, and were very polite gentleman. Not hearing any traffic was welcomed! They have pretty much everything you need, just make sure you make a grocery trip before you get there. We had a wonderful time, and will hopefully be back!!!

This property had all the essentials covered (keep in mind there is no dishwasher). Beautiful outdoor grill/patio area and a nice indoor dining area. The host was great to work with.

Great getaway for end if summer. We had 5 grandkids and it was comfortable.
Getting up abs down to water snd boat house is still “tricky” and could use improvement of done kind. Over all beautiful view of lake Travis!

Great Property
This property is in a great location on Lake Travis, with water front access. Patio overlook over the lake with a fire pit, and being able to walk right down to the water offered for a fantastic weekend.
