The location was fantastic! Close to many restaurants and shops. The amenities at this facility are very nice. We had everything we needed in our room. The balcony was used often to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. Our host greeted us with some welcome treats and gifts for a milestone we were celebrating. This was very much appreciated. It is a little bit of a puzzle to park and check in. If you follow the detailed instructions, you should be okay.

The apartment is beautiful & spacious; comfortable bed & nice linens. Their check in instructions need improvement along with if you're parking in the garage. Also, their 24/7 virtual front desk is NOT 24/7. Here's hoping they improve these issues as I noticed that I'm not the only one giving them this feedback.

Conveniently located. Easy access to food shopping and UT downtown area. Property was clean though the couple of kitchen cabinets plywood came off and can be dangerous if not paying attention. Other than that it was a very nice stay

Very good location, clean room and easy to access. Walking distance to grocery, shopping centers and the lake. The rooms are big, clean with everything I need. I followed the instructions to get to the apartment without no problems. Definitely will come back next next.

The check in process was a bit lengthy but understandable procedure once completed and made me and my travel partner feel safe. Loved the 2 bdrm apartment and for the $ was a way better option & value than staying in a hotel. Loved the city of Austin! So many varieties of bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance or Uber ride, I never used my vehicle to commute anywhere the entire stay. Loved that the park was just across the River from Kasa and seeing the fine city of Austin honor one of its greatest musicians Stevie Ray Vaughan with his statue is a wonderful thing. Will definitely be back and book at Kasa again.
