Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 2 queen beds and large bay windows, 55” TV.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Master bedroom with 1 king bed, en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a large closet, and a travel crib for little ones, 55” TV.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Accessible to the pool, queen sofa bed, Pac-Man table, 65” TV.

Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): 1 queen bed, 55” TV.

Bedroom 6 (Downstairs): 1 queen bed, private patio, 55” TV.


- Pool heating is available for an extra $125/day.

- Parking: 5 cars maximum onsite. No street parking or boat/trailer parking allowed. Primary renter is liable for any city parking fines assessed during your stay. We offer secure offsite car/boat/trailer parking just a few minutes away for $65. Please inquire if interested.

- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. If the police issue any noise violation fines associated with the property during your stay, the primary renter is responsible for them.

- The house has 4 outside cameras on at all times for security & liability purposes. These are NOT regularly monitored unless attention is required. Locations include: (1) above the garage aimed at the driveway and street, (2) under the bridge aimed at the garage, (3) front doorbell and (4) lower backyard deck aimed at the pool and hot tub area. There are no cameras inside the house.

- The house also has 2 decibel-monitoring devices on-site to ensure quiet hours are adhered to: 1 in the living and 1 on the deck.

- Guests are responsible for the safety and security of all persons on the property during their stay.

- All exterior doors and windows should remain closed and locked as much as possible.

- The pool and hot tub are not gated, and there are stairs throughout the home, both inside and out.

5 Stars All Around!
This house was gorgeous and the owner was so wonderful to work with! My family and I stayed at Refugio del Lago this past weekend for a relaxation/end of summer get together. The house was extremely spacious and so well stocked. Aimee has covered every amenity you could think of. The pool was much bigger than what the pictures depicted as well. Can't wait until we have the opportunity to stay here again!

The home was just as pictured. It was clean. The decor was beautiful. The furniture was nice and as pictured. Any issue we had she handled immediately. Excellent stay. We would rent this house again. Just be ready for that steep drive way. Takes some getting use to!!

Great location, great house!
Owner was great to work with, too: swift to respond, clear answers, very patient. House is lovely and comfortable, pool is great, location has quick access to necessities while also being in a quiet neighborhood. One thing to note about the property is that she’s not kidding about the driveway: it’s VERY steep! It wasn’t a problem for us, but it took some getting used to. :)

What an incredible place! The house was immaculate and plenty of room for everyone. Really enjoyed the pool and spa and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. Aimee was a great host and flexible with us and our plans. Can't recommend enough we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with a view
This house was perfect from check in to check out. We had a large group of 10 and we had plenty of room to spare, we never felt crowded. The home is beautiful and the host Aimee thought of everything you could possibly need. My family had planned a trip to go to the lake for some fishing but everyone enjoyed the pool and the back yard activities so much that we just cancelled our plans at the lake and just stayed in. We can’t wait to return

This is the right choice for your vacation
The property was beautiful and very clean. We planned on exploring the area but we enjoyed the memories we made more by the pool and the bbq pit. Aimee was a great host and easy to communicate with. We are so grateful for the time spent at this property.

Perfect for groups!
This place is wonderful for a large group. Plenty of rooms and beds and a beautiful common space. The house is clean and has everything you need. The backyard is beautiful with a large pool, fire pit and outside kitchen.

If you are looking for some R & R in the pool and sun this is the place for you! Stayed here with 2 other families with kids between the ages of 6 and 9. It’s a beautiful place with everything you need. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay
