Solid 4-star. No turn down service and little dated Gold floor didn’t have its own check in - have to check in with everyone else. Gold floor itself was great once I got there. The italian restaurant downstairs was terrific.

The Fairmont Austin is a wonderful hotel. I recommend upgrading to the Gold experience which comes with many perks including breakfast, snacks and a private lounge. Great location for business and vacations.
