The space offers a nice place to kick up your feet or enjoy a drink after a day of exploring the city. Open the sliding glass door, set your stuff down, and breathe easy. Enjoy a fresh, simple take on the Old West Austin charm - it’s been recently redecorated! The living room offers comfy seating to browse the unit’s smart TV, catch up on work, or plan the day’s itinerary. (The wifi is fast - 219 Mbps!) Adjust the temperature to your liking with the Nest smart thermostat to stay cozy year-round.

Ready to get a good night’s sleep? Hop into the king bed. You’ll have easy access to the unit’s ironing board, hair dryer, and shared laundry facilities to prepare you for whatever you have planned to do in Austin!

Hungry? The unit’s kitchen has a gas stove, coffee maker, and basic utensils for preparing a quick meal. If you don’t want to cook, you’re in luck. This home comes with a driveway for parking your car. Street parking is also available throughout the neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire space, including the front patio, shared courtyard, and shared laundry facilities. Please be respectful of neighbors when enjoying these spaces.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $200 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
