BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo includes two bedrooms and a futon in the living room that sleep six total. Two full bathrooms and a half bath are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The upstairs master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, chic armchair, and 40” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a beautifully-tiled walk-in shower.

The guest room provides a plush queen bed, desk area, 32” flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath is located on the main level.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out to the private balcony overlooking 5th Street, complete with a bistro table and four chairs.

Enjoy refreshing swims in the shared outdoor pool. Sunbathe on lounge chairs bordering the 6’ deep unheated pool. A lounge area in the open courtyard offers a great spot to unwind between adventures.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the parking garage. A private washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

LOCATION

Enjoy quick access to downtown (2 miles away) via the Austin MetroRail station located 1 block away. You’ll also be close to bike-sharing stations.

Walk several blocks to East 6th Street and discover a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and live music venues. Several breweries are also located within walking distance of your condo.

Rent bikes or scooters and cruise along Lady Bird Lake via the Ann & Roy Butler Trail - located approximately 1.2 miles from your condo. During warmer months, explore the open waters on kayaks or paddle boards available for rent along the lake.

Nice property
This property's space and location worked well for us. Finding the place was difficult and when we called the customer service we were put on hold long enough that we ended up finding the door on our own (it would be nice to have signage on the service door entrance in the parking garage). We also would have loved a key for the walking path/sidewalk gated door as we used the path frequently.

Great stylish apartment. The design/style was much nicer than your typical STR. Very clean. Location was amazing. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, bars. Apartment was spacious. 6person dining table in the kitchen area and did not feel cramped. Living area was spacious with a large futon sofa and three chairs. Bedrooms were nice. Closet organizers were helpful for unpacking and staying organized. Finding the garage is tricky as there is nothing with the street address on the building. Look for the large mural of a woman on a horse. Read and follow the directions exactly for entering the garage, building, and apartment. It’s a little bit complicated but the instructions work.

Couples Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay on 4th street. It was walking distances to so many great places like Whistlers, Cuvee Coffee Bar, Lazarus Brew, and so much more. There was a bike/walking trail right behind the unit that ran parrel with 6th street so it was very easy to get around. Quick uber ride to downtown or rainy street. Very close to lady bird, honestly a great central location. The condo was clean and fully stocked with all that we needed. Perfect for two couples. The only draw back was that it was incredibly difficult to find the unit from the instructions given. It was a bit of a scavenger hunt trying to get in initially. Once we had it figured out it wasn't an issue. Do wish we had a key to the gate by the trail as that is the way we walked home most nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment had plenty of room for our girls weekend. It felt safe and secure. There was only minor things I would suggest for the cleaning crew. Just make sure each bathroom was stocked with hand soap, hand towels and toilet paper. Also kitchen was missing some cooking necessities if you enjoy staying in and cooking but we made due!!

Need Key for front gate
Apartment was just as advertised and we were pleased. Three notes: the only coffee provided was decaf so there needs to be regular coffee especially if the only option to brew is the pods. Second, the key that was provided did not open the gate below so we could not get in that way. Third, the towels were not in the bathrooms and the racks, instead they were under the sink. Overall, great place.

This was our second time staying here. I will definitely stay here again. The location is amazing right in the heart of East Austin. Easy walk to places like Suerte and Whisler. Property was clean and as pictured, very stylish. Spacious living and kitchen/dining areas. Nice having a half bath on the main floor. Bedrooms and ensuite baths are nice. Good closets. No complaints. The only thing negative is the process of entering the property for the first time. For the parking garage, look for the large mural of a woman on a horse. You'll have to read through your email the find the various codes and steps necessary to gain entry. They are not presented in order and called different things at different times. It's all there, just takes a little hunting.

Great Place
This condo was perfect for our girls trip of 6! We loved how close it was to 6th street! It was stocked with everything we needed, from frying pans, a wine opener, to great pillows, and comfy beds. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool each day and we even played some games that were there. We did have a hard time finding the place, so clearer directions would be great, but customer service helped us. We would rent again if we come back to Austin.

Amazing location and home to stay
We were very pleased with our stay. The house was pleasant, clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely kept. The instructions were very detailed and on point. The neighborhood was safe and everything was at walking distant. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates. Also the bathroom was well stocked on toiletries.

Condos is well located just East of Downtown and a couple blocks off of 6th where you'll find many great restaurants and bars. 2 very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and well stocked with towels etc. I would definitely stay here in the future. Only difficulty was locating and accessing the unit. The instructions are all there but read them thoroughly and follow them closely.

Excellent apartment in a great location
We (two couples) really enjoyed our time staying at this large two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are both very comfortable and have ensuites and walk in wardrobes. Lots of space in the kitchen and dining area, with a small balcony to watch the trams go by looking up to East 6th. The location is extremely convenient - there are lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 mins walking distance. It’s also really easy to Uber/scooter to downtown and South Congress area if you want to explore. We also enjoyed the proximity to Lake Austin for morning walks and runs. A few small things to note - the check-in process is slightly convoluted (involves a multi level car ramp, a combination key lock, several security doors and a key pad to get in) so be sure to follow it closely but after the first time it’ simple enough to get back in. Also, the kitchen isn’t very well stocked with cooking utensilsif you’re looking to use it for anything more complex than making toast or eating cereal. We didn’t eat in the apartment so didn’t bother us! Daniel from Turnkey was also very accommodating for us throughout the trip!

Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Easy to travel to the rest of the city via ride share, scooter, and next to the metro rail. Very nice apartment with most of the amenities that you will need.

Memorable Weekend in Austin
After spending months planning a bachelor party in New Orleans, we had to rebook everything almost overnight after Hurricane Ida. Booking with Turn Key was very very easy, and it ended up being a great space for our group. The unit was immaculate upon arrival, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. You're surrounded by great restaurants, and everything in Austin is easily accessible with Uber or Scooters. My only heads up to any future guests is that 6 is tight for this apartment, as two people have to share the futon. Our guys didn't want to share the futon, so one ended up on the floor. All in all, it was a great stay!
