Beautiful townhouse nestled among towering live oaks. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, and a double-bed size sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six comfortably. Small deck off living room with table & chairs. Awesome roof-top deck with views of the Capitol. Eat-in kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, glassware and utensils. May be combined, pending availability, with Eleven Oaks Suite to provide accomodations for eight people. Both Your hosts, Janelle and Ted, are on call to meet any need. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, indoors and out. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is not an STR party house. Occupancy is limited to six. Gatherings of people in addition to the renters is prohibited without the express permision of the hosts.

Loved this property. We came for UT graduation and it was a perfect location for the stadium/Moody and downtown area restaurants. The property is as described, check in was easy and the hosts were available when we had a question. Highly recommend for your next stay in Austin.

Had a great time here, house was perfect, parking spot was a big plus. Owner had a welcome 6 pk of beer for us and was very responsive. Walkable to most of the entertainment, about a mile or so. Would stay again, thanks.

Great little townhouse tucked away near the state capitol. Beautifully decorated inside, with full kitchen for self catering. Walkable to most of the city attractions. Hosts are very accommodating and communication was easy. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location!
It was only a 2 minute walk to the venue for the wedding we were attending as well as close enough to walk to local restaurants, convenience stores, the Capitol Building and downtown. The house was nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen and all the bathroom necessities you may have forgotten. Loved the sprawling oaks in the yard and relaxing with our morning coffee on the porch.

Great Place & Location for Downtown Activities
We came to Austin to go to a concert at the Paramount Theater and decided to make a 3 day weekend of it. The townhouse was the perfect choice in that it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do including the concert. The townhouse had everything we needed and was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks both in the morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again when and if we go back to Austin

A Quick Getaway
It was such a cozy house just enough for six adults. We enjoyed the closeness of different businesses around us. We enjoyed our walk around the neighborhood. We could see the top of the capital building which was pretty cool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this location again. 😊

Wonderful stay!
Great location and home. Generous hosts that have provided for all your needs. All the details have been taken care of in the home from soap to coffee filters, etc. Our party of three women felt very safe in this location. We had a rental car but it could be walkable to several areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we were in Austin.

Cute and easily accessible townhouse close to the downtown scene. My husband, kids, and I walked to various Austin sights. The kids had no problem walking to the Congress St. bridge to see the bats! Yes and Janelle were wonderful hosts!

Perfect, Comfortable Getaway
A friend and I headed to Austin for a 3-day visit to see an event at 3ten. The location of the property was a great, central location. We walked almost everywhere to enjoy the sights - Franklin's, the Capital, Kinfolk, etc. Ted was very accommodating and let us have an earlier check in since our flight was earlier in the day. He even came out to greet us and ask how we were. The townhouse was the perfect size and had everything we needed - extra blankets for lounging on the couch, umbrellas for rainy days, plenty of towels and kitchenware. Thanks again for hosting us!

Absolutely perfect for us!
Loved the setting. On the loft floor you could go out and sit among the trees which we all loved as it makes a little bit county while in the convenience of the city. Easy walks to downtown Austin and we were 67, 66, 36 and 30. The hosts were very prompt in answering any questions. Will stay here if we come to Austin again and available. ( You would have tobe able to negotiate stairs unless sleeping on sleep sofa.)
