Thanks to high-speed wifi, you can stream Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more or effortlessly switch to work mode if duty calls. Adjacent to this space, a quaint patio with two welcoming chairs serves as a serene spot for morning coffee or evening reflections. And for those surprise overnight guests? Our plush sleeper sofa, equipped with extra linens and bedding, is ready to ensure a peaceful slumber.

A few strides away, the kitchen invites culinary adventures. Fully equipped with essential gadgets, a handy dishwasher, and a cozy dining table for 4, it's a space that champions both flavor and function. A bonus for those working on-the-go? The kitchen also houses a work desk and chair, conveniently located beside a door leading straight to the shimmering pool - perfect for those much-needed breaks.

The sleeping quarters exude tranquility. Choose between a plush queen bedroom with a spacious closet and a palatial king bedroom. The latter comes furnished with a dresser, another smart TV for binge-watching, and a luxurious bathroom boasting double sinks. Each bathroom, echoing the home's attention to detail, is stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Guests will have access to the entire space as well as the close by Lions Municipal Golf Course and Lady Bird Lake Trail. There is a shared pool and a common courtyard with a BBQ. There is also shared off street and on street parking for this apartment.

Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $400 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
