This is the owner's vacation home by Lux Homes ED Design. Fenced yard and 4 parking spaces. New building with spacious spaces. 3 big bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full baths and a guest bath on the first floor.
Fully stocked open kitchen, dining, TV in all rooms.
You can enjoy the fire pit, BBQ grill, a heated pool, an outdoor game, and a dining area. Art collection throughout.

In each bedroom, you have:
-a queen size bed
-a smart TV
-closet where you hang clothes and have extra linens if needed
-a night stand and a reading light
-an iron and iron board in one bedroom
-a pack and play for baby

In the living room, you have:
-a queen size sofa bed
-dinning table for 4
-a 65" smart TV
-a dedicated work space

In the kitchen, you have:

Advertisement Needs Updated
This was a very nice, clean, and comfy home. Unfortunately, the advertising is extremely misleading. The home is listed as having a hot tub AND a heated pool. The reality is that it has a heated stock tank (diptank) in the back. We were also very surprised that someone with the care-taking agency entered the home during the day while we were at a conference without notifying us. The home is not .44 of a mile from the Austin Convention Center as the VRBO site said. It is actually 1.7 miles, which normally would be fine, but the weather was not conducive to walking that far, so necessitated Ubers we had not planned for. There are possibly some blocked vents on the main floor that made it VERY chilly downstairs, but the heat did work well on the upper floor. I would suggest that the deposit be included with the other charges if possible .Zoe was very good about responding to us, and again it was a very nice and tidy home.

Potential for Greatness
Great location, but not quite ready for primetime. We were the first tenants so I get it. I recommend this rental though - great location, comfortable beds. And it's new so the amenities are nice.
