Charming Bright Airy Retreat Near All Attractions

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally located North West Austin oasis. With easy access to MoPac Loop 1 and Hwy 183 and a quick drive to just about anywhere in the Austin area, this gated condo is the perfect location to explore, relax, or work.

It is a short 10-minute drive to the Domain Shopping Center, The Central Market, Costco, and Sam's Club and less than 15 minutes to UT-Austin or Downtown.

If you want something even closer, the excellent Epoch Coffee is just next door!

This home has it all: two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bright workspace with high-speed internet, and a charming dining area for morning coffee as you look out onto the green space. You can also take your coffee on the spacious balcony with a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable.

The area has many great restaurants, but when you want to cook in, we provide a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pans, and mixers.

The entire home is filled with live plants, making it a serene environment to relax and watch a little TV on the two Roku TVs (in the Living Room and one Bedroom).

The building has a pool where guests can cool off. We provide beach towels for guests to use at the pool.

The condo features a keypad lock, making self-check-in seamless.

This 2BR 2bath was so spacious and had so much character! Very easy to get around the unit and nice layout with privacy for both bathrooms. Bonus space off of the master for more options. In the heart of every where you want to go. Coffee place right beside the complex. Very short walk the opposite way to Tee’s Donuts. The pool looked very peaceful but didn’t utilize it.
