Enjoy a 4 bedrooms / 3.5 bathrooms retreat. With magnificent views of the Barton Creek hill site and golf course country club. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the terrace. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a peaceful vacation or attend Austin’s events like Formula One or Austin City Limits.

Cross the entry bridge (the bridge to Happiness) to access this two-story vacation rental of 2650 square feet living space plus two partially covered terraces sleeps 8 guests in a modern atmosphere reminding of an exquisite boutique hotel. Be one of the first guests in this luxurious accommodation built in 2018.

Ample parking space is available (two-car garage, two parking places adjacent to the house, more off street private parking).

The residence includes two spacious master suites with calming views and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and private bathroom, each with direct exit to the large terraces with hill country views.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
This spacious vacation rental is drenched in natural light and enjoys spectacular hill country views from almost every window. A large open kitchen with island bar and pendant lighting will make catering a breeze on those nights you want to stay in. Alternatively, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
At the second floor, the living room features a 65-inch flat screen TV and comfortable leather couches. The views from the 8-seat dining table will are unmatched. The dedicated WiFi access point provides quick and reliable internet connection. The large glass door brings the exquisite view inside.
Also at the second floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed. The adjacent master bathroom features a Jacuzzi soaking tub. The deep walk-in closet completes the master suite.
At the first floor a second master suite features a king bed, bathroom and closet. Two more bedrooms share a Jill-and-Jack bathroom. A wet bar with a love seat shortens the time-to-coffee.
All bedrooms have access to the two terraces (one at each floor).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house sits on a secluded and very quiet street surrounded by large green areas. However, it is in close proximity to a large intersection of streets which make access easy. Six miles drive to Downtown Austin, one-mile drive to a high end shopping area with multiple restaurants, grocery, and many other stores.

We really enjoyed our Austin trip and this property definitely added to it. The house was very clean and the host was very good about communicating with me. The bedrooms and closets were spacious and I loved that the master bedroom was upstairs with the kitchen and living area and the other two bedrooms were down. Every morning I sat out on the deck and enjoyed the view. It was a great location for us and easy to get around Austin from the property.

My New Favorite Austin Rental!!
We absolutely LOVED this property. Plenty of space, everything we needed on site, great area (only 15 mins from downtown), and the owner was extremely accommodating/quick to respond to anything needed. Don’t even get me started in the views from the deck…GORGEOUS!!! I come to Austin at least once or twice a year on business and this has definitely warranted a return visit! If I could have just one tiny wish granted it would be to add blackout blinds to the bedrooms so we could all sleep in a bit longer - but that’s just one small request. Truly, I cannot recommend this property enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family stayed together at this property for my son’s wedding weekend. We reserved it because of its close location to the Omni where the wedding took place. It was a little difficult to find the small road leading to the house off of the main street! But once found, it was fine. It would be appreciated to have the houses better marked, however, since there are three on the same property with the SAME address! It was very clean and spacious and provided a couple of appreciated amenities (like coffee, washer/dryer). The floors are very slick though. My daughter fell down the stairs and had terrible bruising!!! And the sound traveled throughout the house easily making it somewhat annoying (no rugs at all). But with all that said, it

Plenty of space with a view, easy access, and very comfortable.
Loved the location and layout, beds very comfortable, plenty of room and privacy. However, safety issues abound within the house ranging from hand rails going up the stairs from the bedroom level below to the living room/kitchen and master bedroom - extreme concern as the handrails were very loose as well as the railings on the deck - they do not provide adequate support. Ant issues at the kitchen window and in master bath area need to be addressed. Watchout for the tarantula in the garage! Would definitely return if the safety issues are resolved.

Unprofessional behavior by Property Manager
When we arrived at the property at approximately 2:50, the house was still being cleaned. Not a problem for us since we were a little early. The cleaning crew said that they just started, but we could leave our stuff there while we wait. The property manager arrived in his car and immediately yelled to us "who are you?". I told him my name and he said that we were moved to the other house. We said no one contacted us about the change and he said that we were supposed to call him 20 minutes before we arrived (not sure how that would have changed anything). There was a message via VBRO stating to call, but that was 9 months ago and I received an email from VBRO a few days before arriving stating that I would receive an email with the access code (never received the email). We stated that we would prefer this house since the view was better. He said the view was the same (it obviously was not). He also stated that the houses were identical. We said that we would wait for the house to be cleaned, but he said that that house needed a repair and insisted the houses were identical . So we had no choice but to take the other house. When we entered the house, we could tell that the houses were similar, but not identical. The house we were in now did not have 2 master bedrooms with en suites as the other did. That was important to us. I looked in the VBRO website for the house we were now in and it was $35 a day less than the house we rented. So the owner obviously thought the 2 houses were different. The next day a group showed up saying they had a reserved the house we were in. The property manager was notified and he said he moved them to the house we booked. We asked the group if we could see the house that they were now in. That validated that the house they now were in had 2 master bedroom en suites unlike the house we were given. Also, the ice maker in the house we were in hardly worked (5 cubes in 8 hours). I contacted the property manager and nothing was done. The master bedroom on the second floor was a good 10 degrees warmer that the rest of the house. I think he moved us because the house we rented was not ready for us when we arrived. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that there was a need for a repair. If he would have just apologized and offered the other house stating that there were differences and offered a refund of the price difference, we would have been happy and would have given a much better rating.

This property was exactly as described. Easy to check in, house was very clean, the 4 bedrooms as described, lithe fully stocked and the views amazing!! Very very happy. Also very close to Austin, which allowed myself and my kids (22, 16, 14, 8, and 3) the ability to come and go as we pleased and not too far. HEB super close for grocery delivery as well. One thing I would add more of is towels. Additional bigger towels would help out in each bathroom, maybe I missed them, forgive me if I did. But 5 stars all the way!

Wrong house
The owner doublebooked the house so we did not get to stay at the house but one of his other propertys. The owner knew about the doublebooking beforehand but lied to us about it and said it was right house. Eventuelly he owned up and admitted about the doublebooking. The house we stayed at were of similar size but more stairs and not the same view, still a good view though. 2 of the bedrooms were in the basement next to the garage. Watch out for scorpions in the basement! The house itself was a bit bad equipped in the kitchen, more for heating than cooking. The area is not for walking around in, but close with car to the city. Good HEB around the corner. All and all, ok house but expensive, bad owner, ok area doublebooking.

A house with a view
An amazing place for three couples! Everyone had a bath and a patio! YES there is a 4th BR that jack and Jill shares a bath. The view is amazing with beautiful sunsets every night. Convenient grocery and restaurants. Highly suggest Grove Wine Bar for food!

Nice and peaceful
This house is very nice. The person that we were in contact with was very polite. The only issue was the little road to get to the house is narrow and steep, but that does not make it bad. We enjoyed our time greatly!
