Excellent location, immaculate property
If could give 4.5 stars, I would probably do that. There were a few minor things I didn't like about this property, but nothing that would justify knocking it down to a 4. So I'm giving it a 5.
Let's get the negatives out of the way first:
1) A 33-story highrise needs more than three elevators. I get that they're expensive, particularly because they eat into square footage that could be used for residences. But it did seem that the elevator wait times were pretty long at times. Also, since you have to scan your keycard before you press the button for your floor, it can be a hassle when there are several people going up from the lobby at the same time - the logistics of maneuvering around people to swipe your card, or handing your card to the person next to the control panel, in a short period of time can be challenging. One time I got in the elevator at the same time as several other people, and because of the mad dash to swipe and press buttons, two people couldn't get their floors activated in time and had to ride all the way to the top! Seems that the system could at least be reprogrammed to allow any floor to be activated by any keycard, which could alleviate this problem somewhat.
2) No dresser - the bedrooms in this complex are pretty small, with no room for a dresser. This wasn't a big issue for me, as I only stayed two nights. But I could see it being a bigger problem for longer stays.
Now for what I liked:
1) This property is immaculate, including the unit itself
