The space
This beautiful 2-story house has 5 bedrooms. All 5 beds are King size beds, with comfortable hybrid mattresses, and multiple types of pillows for different sleeping postures.

The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a sitting area, furnished with a King bed and a Futon.

The laundry area is on the 2nd floor, washer and dryer are installed.

The kitchen is fully stocked, ready to prepare your favorite home-cooked meal.

Coffee Station: located in the kitchen, the coffee station has complimentary snacks, regular and decaf coffee, and tea.

Water dispenser: A 5-gallon Hot/Cold water dispenser is located near the kitchen area.

The house was very clean and well organized. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels. Ishmael was very accommodating in allowing my friends and I to check in early and making sure everything was perfect for us prior to our arrival.

Amenities and the house were perfect! This was a great home base for us while we visited austin for a disc golf tournament as a family. Would definitely recommend it to any larger group looking for a quiet refuge!

Very clean and nice house!
Five bedrooms for plenty of sleeping room. The living room and kitchen are connected with many comfortable seating options. Its also close to downtown and the airport. We'd stay here again, great place and the owner was super friendly and helpful!

Everything is better in Texas!
Property was clean, nicely furnished, beds were comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights and got in late both nights, but it was very comfortable. The kids loved having their own bedroom and space to relax. Great screened in porch with additional dining table outside. This is a great home, in a great neighborhood and is perfect for large families or multi-family visit.

This house is beautiful - huge kitchen, enough bedrooms, comfy living room! We needed a few more supplies there, and the property manager brought them over very quickly. We'd recommend this place to anyone!

Five co-workers getting away to do some planning and preparation for 2024. This place was perfect for us with five separate sleeping areas and a large open area for us to plan for a busy 2024. Good experience and communication with property manager.

Nice place for a large group
The living area was comfortable for our large family. Our activities focused on north Austin and downtown so it was a convenient location. Nice linens, towels and essential toiletries. Could use a few more cooking tools and better water pressure but overall this was a great stay.

Hello my Friends and I took a trip up to Texas and found this gem of a house. The house was really nice and well taken care of. Imran who is the host took care of us and answered all our questions quick and by phone. Would highly recommend him and his property and will also come back to this spot next year.

Girls Trip to Austin
We stayed here for a Mother/Daughter trip - we had 9 people staying with us and the space was PERFECT for us! So much room, all the beds were big and comfy, and the place was stocked with goodies in the kitchen. We all took turns and enjoyed the massage chair as well! The subdivision and area is very nice and safe. It is about 15-20 minutes from downtown as long as no traffic, we had no issue with the drive at all to be able to stay somewhere so pretty and with such great space for us. There is also a grocery store 1 mile away which was great. The host got us in quick and answered all my questions right away, even gave us a great place for dinner the night we got in. So many memories were made here and we cant wait to come back! Great house!

Great Space! Would stay again!
My family had a great stay at this property over an extended weekend. The home is very spacious, and beds were comfortable! The business center with wifi printer saved me when I realized I hadn't printed our tickets/parking passes before leaving home. The only thing I didn't realize (and admittedly didn't ask prior to arrival) is that the main level bathroom is only a toilet and sink - so you do have to traverse a flight of stairs to take a shower/bath. Normally not an issue, but we did have someone with us who can't easily do stairs. We took the kids on a walk to the neighborhood park and they enjoyed the playground. We had excellent communication with the host, and check in and out was a breeze. They're already asking to stay here again when we come back to ATX. Thanks for sharing your home!
