This artful and inspiring ranch-style home features 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms sleeping 6 guests with ease. Combining original stonework in the living room with a modern kitchen, bathrooms and primary suite nestled amongst large oak trees, this sanctuary is well-suited to any enlightened traveler. Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No Bachelor parties. Please contact us if you are a bachelor party looking for accommodations and we will be more than happy to assist!
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets considered. Please reach out if traveling with a pet for approval. Pet Deposit + Pet Fee will be required.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Gathering of Friends for My 50th
The house was great! We really enjoyed staying at the Lelia. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown where all the fun happens. We would most definitely stay there again if we were to make a stop in Austin.

Great for Girls weekend!
This house had great space for a girls weekend! Plenty of room and great gathering spaces in the kitchen and living rooms. Location was good. Easy to Uber or drive to restaurants!

Hilltop Hideaway
Charming cool house in an adorable hilltop neighborhood. A short walking distance to great hiking trails, markets and restaurants . House is beautifully decorated with interesting art, is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Less than a 10 minute drive to UT campus. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental for a family wedding
My partner and I, his brother and sister, and his niece and her husband were in Austin for his sons’s wedding at Laguna Gloria. The location was terrific for getting to the wedding venue, the rehearsal dinner and other activities we had planned. The property manager was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. All in all it was a great choice and our whole group enjoyed our stay.

Great location, walk-able to parks, restaurants, bike rental. Great space for a large group. The furniture (couches & end-tables), while visually pleasing was not the most comfortable or functional. Not a deal breaker though, as beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Super Chic Home near Zilker!
Our group stayed for a ladies' weekend away, and loved the style and fit of the house! (I need the decorator's number) This home is within walking distance of Zilker park, Chuy's, and so many other fun spots. The kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms were perfect, ample bathrooms, no complaints! Would definitely stay here again!

The property is well maintained and the location is excellent. About a .5 mile walk to the Barton Springs Pool. Only suggestion would be to add a larger couch to the main living room. Would stay here again. Also highly reccomend this property - it's as advertised.

We were in Austin for a graduation. But we did have a little time to enjoy the area. The house was prefect. Plenty of room for everyone. All the necessary supplies. Nice and clean. We enjoyed how it was decorated as well. The area had loads to do within walking distance. Lots of food options as well. If we get a chance to go back to Austin we will definitely stay here again.

Surprise trip to Austin
I surprised my Wife with a weekend trip to Austin. My in-laws (Parents and Sister), along with a friend; surprised her by showing up. Everyone enjoyed the property, especially how the home was decorated. Will definitely visit Austin in the future.

Fantastic Home in a Great Location!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! It was close enough to walk to Barton Springs Pool (which is really cool) and a 5-10 minute ride to almost everywhere else we went. The kitchen with so much natural light was the perfect breakfast spot, and the beds are really comfy! One room has the cutest teepee and would be really fun for a kid. The house looks in person just like it does in pictures. We would definitely stay here again!
