"My wife and I have done our fair share of traveling, and I can say that the Chandler Hotel might be the best place we have ever stayed. The owners have done an incredible job of restoring an old building into a first class hotel. The lobby and our room were spotless. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out. The electric fireplace added a nice touch of ambiance. There is no one on site so check in and communication is all done through email, but that worked seamlessly. We really appreciated the small touches such as a bottle of chilled water and glasses in the mini fridge and pre measured coffee. There was also an area down the hall from our room with extra towels or coffee if needed. We were able to park on street right in front of hotel. Great location for everything in downtown Madison. Such a great little town with so much going on all the time. We loved our weekend here and can't wait to return. Highly recommend."
