" Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. We even were able to check in early which was much appreciated after a long day of travel from the U.S. The staff was very friendly, the location was just a few min walk from Zurich HB which was great and only about 10-15 min walk from Old Town. I loved the eclectic vibe as well. It was a little noisy at night from the people outside but it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My room was on the very top floor and was very clean. I stayed one night but slept well as the bed was comfortable and I was able to turn up the heat on the radiator to make the room temp just right. I am happy that I found a hotel for such a great price that was near the sights that I wanted to see. The Wifi was excellent. I thought that the TV did not get a signal at first but if you change the channels you will find many stations to watch. "

"There is major construction in front of the hotel so do request a room facing the back. They actually start being noisy around 7:30am! Otherwise great rooms and a fantastic gym and pool facility. "

"Great location and the attic rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front door could use a new coat of paint…and since that is the first thing you see when we arriving, and first impressions mean something, it would be nice if those kind of maintenance items were taken care of; same goes for the mildew found on the shower ceiling and tiles in our room. Overall we love this place and have stayed a few times and are happy to call the Helvetia home when we are in Zurich. But, the property does need...

"We found the apartment to be good for our family of 5 as it had all conveniences including a kitchen and laundry. Access to tram stop and parks was very convenient."

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"They never cleaned the room. No housekeeping was only one time. Elevator was not working all time of stay. Poor communication."
