"We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"We had a blast at this place. Great for two small families who wanted to be near the slopes. You can walk or shuttle the family over to/from the nearby slope for skiing. Has all you need to cook dinners at home. Great deck for outdoor eating on warm days. Pool and sauna nearby (can be busy so look for down times). Not too far of a drive to a reasonable grocery store."

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. "We loved MONDI. Our room was first floor, lake side. We never tired of how beautiful the view was. The room was very clean. Had coffee maker, tea maker, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator but no microwave. Service was wonderful. Walking to the bus wasn’t a problem. However, keep in mind that you can not get a bus or taxi before 7AM. No Uber service. Train station is in Bad Aussee which is a beautiful town near by. (Bus to MONDI is only a 10 minute ride)"

The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. We had most of the cash needed to pay the 110E extra but we were short 3E. We asked if that would be enough but she said no. We found an ATM the next...
