"Loved this older house. It has been updated very nice and has all that you would need for several days. Older house so creaky floors and steep stairs but has lots of charm. Large shower & bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful views of the mountains. Lisa was very helpful and easy to work with."

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. "We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"Fijne week gehad met 8 personen. 4 kids en 4 volwassenen. Veel inventaris aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was ook erg prettig. Gaskachel houd het huis goed warm. Ca 400 m lopen naar de rode piste bij dolomietenhof waar je ook lekker kan eten. Skischool freeride alpin bij donnerkogelbahn was prima geregeld voor onze kids. Voor beginners wat lastig om verder het gebied in te gaan. Dan zijn piste 14 en 11(a) nog net te doen. Mooie week gehad"

"Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much and took every chance we got to sit outside for the view. You can easily reach every sights in the area in less than an hour's drive so that was quite convenient as a base to explore. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , in diese top ausgestatteten Haus , in dem es an nichts fehlt! Leider waren wir dennoch enttäuscht , da der in der Ausstattung erwähnte Pool , schlicht und ergreifend nicht vorhanden ist! Was besonders bei unseren Kindern für Unmut sorgte und den sonst so guten Eindruck der Immobilie trübte. Auch das kleinere Wartungsarbeiten und Schönheitsreparaturen nicht erledigt werden bzw. vom Hausmeister vor sich her geschoben werden. Ein kaputtes Rollo oder eine nicht...

"Wir waren vom 15.09.2024 bis zum 26.09.2024 im Chalet Amsel in Donnersbachwald. Die Unterkunft war großartig, einfach super. Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Es fehlte an nichts, außer eventuell tiefe Teller. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, einfach toll zum entspannen und zum erholen. Wir haben viele Wanderungen unternommen und wir trafen nur nette Menschen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. "

"Mooie woning, die wel wat moeilijk te vinden was. Er was geen parkeerplaats aan de woning zelf(door werken?), gelukkig was de vakantie woning naast ons leeg en konden we de wagens daar parkeren. Er is ook een laadpaal aan die woning, maar gasten mogen die niet gebruiken - dat valt dus zwaar tegen! Er worden nu nieuwe woningen gebouwd en een daarvan kijkt recht in de woonkamer binnen. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. "The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...
