"Everything was just fine. Beautiful hotel accommodating staff. I must say I expected a little extra extra staying at the Benson. Which I didn't really feel. Beautifully decorated for Christmas which is what I was looking for. Accommodating a dog was a lovely option, but you don't get anything for the $40 charge and there's literally nowhere for the dog to go to the bathroom within a three block radius. I felt unsafe going out in the morning. I was able to get a dog bowl by calling housekeeping. Being able to be served drinks and snacks in the lobby with my dog was the best perk. The Benson is a classic, I've done it once but I'm not sure if I would come back here or try looking for that extra extra place."

"Amazing staff and facility! They were very accommodating, and even got us checked in early! The Bar and Lounge area is fun and clean. We both LOVED the lighting throughout the building. The quiet cozy rooms are perfect. This hotel has such a good vibe!"
