Any bodies of water are on separate private properties and should not be utilized unless permission has been granted by host.

Guests have access to all living space, appliances, and comforts inside the residence except for labeled storage closets.

Three car garage is partitioned-off and garage doors are deactivated. The first bay (attached and closest to the living quarters) is a heated bonus room for fun and storing of equipment during cold months. This is the only space in the garage that is included with rental. The other two bays are not available unless previously approved by host.

Exterior property can be enjoyed within property boundaries. Basic property line map is provided upon check-in and included in information book.
