"A superb hotel with very welcoming and professional staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the beds are very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Locally there are some great restaurants, the hotel will advise on these - one restaurant which really has a nice low key, yet a high quality standard of local food is called Campagne. (Booking is wise)."

"The hotel premises are nice and clean. But the room itself, a 2 room unit on the 3rd floor, needs remodeling and the restrooms were not clean. The entry roof is falling, the shower door needs an inside handle, the water runs out. The kitchenette furniture is to be fixed or repainted. There is a big room that is ok in size, but the second room can hardly fit the beds, there's no walking space. "

"This was my 3rd year in Toulouse for the International Organ Festival but 1st time in Hotel le Capitole. The Staff could not have been more helpful & friendly. I had a small room on the 3rd floor, the bathroom was tiny but adequate & my room was cleaned daily. Location is ideal, easy to reach all major sites on foot (although Public Transport is excellent - there is also a free circular bus service which runs every 15 minutes & goes to various parts of the City) I look forward to staying here...

"A very convenient location for accessing the amazing La Citè and also the city centre areas like la Bastide. Lovely view of the castle easy access to local restaurants of a mixed quality. Very compact room but well laid out for functionality. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some travelers however."

"Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. "Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. J'ai pour habitude de réserver sur internet et après je téléphone à l'hôtel pour savoir s'ils ont bien reçu la réservation. Confirmation faite et ils m'ont envoyé le mail. Le 29 Decembre à notre arrivée la standardiste nous a soutenu qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation a notre nom !!!
