"This is a beautiful and tranquil place. The views anre stunning. Owners were helpful kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight in a quadruple room before a cruise, which actually was two bedrooms in one room number, great with teenagers and good value. The only negative for us was that the accommodation is isolated and is only accessible by car, were we had traveled by train. However once we were at the property the owners offered us very reasonable transportation at low taxi type rates (40...

"Unfortunately we are giving a poor and unsatisfactory review. The room was very small, the bed was one step away from the door! The bed creaked loudly when you turned in bed because of the noisy bed springs. The donkeys brayed throughout the night. We did not sleep well. The bathroom door did not close properly and also creaked loudly when you opened it. The shower did not drain well , there was not enough hot water, and it got cold quickly. "Wirklich schöner entspannter Urlaub in einem schönen Objekt mit 12 m langem Pool. Inklusive Objektkätzchen. Bester Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer, den Lago di Bolsena oder Rom (besser mit dem Zug). Die Ausgrabungen von Vulci sind ganz nah (Badesachen mitnehmen für den Lago del Pelicone). Herrlicher Strand bei Le Murelle mit einem sagenhaften Fischrestaurant. Wir kommen wieder."
