"positiv: host is very kind view is exceptionnel (straight view of the mont ventoux) no direct neighbour quiet neighbourhood great pool 11m long House outside looks like on the pictures. negativ: more than 5min walk to get to the center of Vaison-la-Romaine beds are not very comfortable ( mattress maybe too old?) air conditioning is only one unit! Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down....

"Great modern apartment on two levels perfectly set up for 2 couples - each with our own bathroom. The village is beautiful and so quiet but very convenient for the attractions of Provence. We loved our stay - everything we needed was provided. Some instructions in English would have been helpful - we struggled with the oven. But otherwise the week was perfect and we would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone."

"Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

"The cottage was absolutely perfect for our trip to Provence. The location was very central to surrounding towns, ideal for sightseeing and relaxing in a beautiful area. The cottage was super clean and cosy, had all the amenities we needed. The host was very welcoming and helpful for recommendations or where to go and eat. "We were a group of four couples who spent a lovely week at this home. The home is in a beautiful setting, quiet but close to everything. Thank you Ann for the wonderful itinerary suggestions which we we used throughout the week. The house is very well appointed, spacious and as advertised on the website. "This property is very comfortable and has all the conveniences you would need . Well equipped . I have to say we did not find it walkable to the village of Gordes and we do a lot of walking. Its not far but it requires walking on the road close to traffic with lots of blind curves and fast drivers. Its a short drive but be aware that it costs 8eu every time you park there. The best places to park are the several parking lots at the top of the hill in the village."
