"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place.
