Cozy two bedroom winterized cottage centrally located on the South Shore. Warm swimmable waters and fabulous beach walking. Spend your days playing at the sandy shore, sitting under a tree or golfing at the many island courses a short drive away.
Evenings spent around the wood stove, sitting around the fire pit or barbequing on the deck or enjoying the night life of Charlottetown a short 40 minute drive. Watch the local birds and wildlife in this quiet neighbourhood. Well insulated floors and ceilings extend your season.

Do you wish a true cottage feel?
This quaint cottage in Augustine Cove is exactly what we would expect from a cottage ... tongue + groove walls, laminate + tile floors, kitchen + great room combo, and generous bedrooms. Be aware that this is NOT a summer home and it does not try to be. The area is a great launch point for jaunts around the island. We would recommend this listing to any of our friends who share our enjoyment of cottaging. We fell in love with the area during our stay with its cliffside lookout, intriguing beach (because of the incredible tides), and friendly neighbours. Any negatives we might have id'd were beyond the owners control so they're not worth making note of. The property manager was Uber quick to respond to questions. A very positive experience for us!

Amazing cozy family cottage
This cozy cottage was big enough for my family of 4. Everything inside was either clean or new. The property was a good size with quiet neighbours as well as a peaceful 10 minute walk to a great beach. It was really nice to have also a washer and dryer. I would 100% recommend and 100% return when I plan another family trip to P.E.I in the future.fut

Island Tour

Ocean views on the south shore!
The cottage/property was perfect for our needs. It served as a central base for our travels around the island. One suggestion might be to have some brochures or suggestions for stores around the area to get basic necessities and things to do nearby. It also might be nice to access local tv for news/weather.

We loved our stay at this well furnished cottage. The location was ideal for a quiet get away. It was within a 15 minute drive to some excellent restaurants, and incredibly beautiful beaches.

Tide's Out!
Nice for beach walking when tide is out. Used cottage as a base for touring island tip to tip. Good central location for our needs. A bit far from Souris.

Great stay. Everything we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage had everything we needed and more. The ceiling fans were a godsend as we were visiting in the middle of a heat wave. It's a nice area, and even though the cottage isn't facing the shore, it's just a short walk to a publicly accessible beach with a view of the confederation bridge. Great location for easy day trips to Victoria-by-the-sea, Summerside, Charlottetown and the north shore / Cavendish area. Great communication with the host.

Summer 2021 stay
We stayed at this location early July 2021 for 2 weeks. Overall the property is great the location is close to a beautiful beach, easy commute to Borden. The cottage has all that you need which is great. The property is huge and great for kids to run and play. Some of my suggestions for the owner would be an upgrade to the sad/ thin mismatched towels, a deeper clean of the property (under beds, behind dryer) under the couch had lots of random items like chip bags/ markers etc. One of the cabinets used for kitchen storage (white double doors) is very wobbly and dangerous for kids as it is not attached to the wall and is ready to fall apart. The cable does not work so don't expect tv unless you have your own Netflix account. We arrived to no BBQ and was not notified of this, the property manger did get us a BBQ after a few days and some nagging on my part. The property manger is great to deal with she is prompt in her replies and tries to accommodate the best she can. Overall a good stay and would stay again!

Cottage was excellent. We did not want for anything! there was nothing we looked for that wasn't there! Highly recommend! Only negative is the walk to the beach! A little long. Easier to drive!

Lovely little cottage!
Lovely little cottage, right off the bridge, but still central for all your PEI travel. The manager was quick to answer any questions. They should, however, consider replacing all the mis-matched (sad) towels. Everyone recycles - set-up proper inside labelled recycle bins to make it easier to follow what is done in PEI. Quiet cottage near ocean
Set in a quiet community of other cottages. The cottage was clean lots of space for our family of four, a short walk (3 min) to the ocean, could hear waves crashing on the shore from our room, but could not see the ocean from the cottage. Washing machine was a big bonus! Our kids enjoyed picking sea shells from the shore and loved to play with the badminton set. Grocery store half an hour drive, be prepared.
