"We rented the 2 loft suites for a family wedding. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Brandy helped us figure out a way to plug in our hybrid car via email. She also promptly came to sort out an issue with the tv. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we didn't need anything and giving us more snacks. The towels were first class and the in-floor heating in the bathroom was lovely. The original artwork and gas fireplace make it feel like home not a hotel....

"The Baldachin Inn is a lovely old property with plenty of character. If you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest asking for a room facing onto the garden, as the main road off the north side of the building gets some traffic noise - in spite of it being a really small town. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff are wonderful. I did not eat in the restaurant on this trip, but have had breakfast there before and it was very good. "

FInal choice was made due to Internet listing declaring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unhappily, one bathroom non-existent."

"This was hands down the nicest looking place we have ever been to! Super modern. Renovated. Took some family from the states up to this home and we couldnt have been happier! We were a family of 15 and had LOTS of space. The pool was amazing - kids had a blast and we spent most of our days outside in it. We also enjoyed kayaking. Would love to come back again! The only negative is that it got HOT in the space on top of the stairs with two queen beds (no privacy doors). No one could sleep there...
