Wonderful sea villa with pool in Brucoli

A luxurious villa with swimming pool on the eastern coast of Sicily, 40 kilometres north of Syracuse. Located in a splendid position facing the sea, Mon Amour offers breathtaking views of the Baia Arcile and the Gulf of Catania, with Etna rising in the distance. Located in an exclusive and quiet residential complex, this prestigious residence is surrounded by a lush garden with lawn, which houses the large private pool, jacuzzi and expansive panoramic terraces. Directly from the garden of the villa, walk along a short path (200 metres) to reach the pebble beach and sea. Large outdoor and indoor spaces characterise Mon Amour, which has a luminous living area, dining room and kitchen, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a fitness area with sauna. These comfortable and elegant interiors are equipped with all modern amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi internet, 6 TVs , washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ice-maker and espresso machine. The location of the residence is also ideal for easily reaching by car the unmissable destinations of south-eastern Sicily such as Syracuse with the island of Ortygia, Noto and the other charming baroque towns, Marzamemi and the Vendicari Reserve or even Catania, the Etna park and Taormina.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry room, 1 double bedroom (180x200 cm king-size) with bathroom-shower, 1 double bedroom with four-poster bed (160x200 cm) with bathroom-shower, 2 double bedrooms (160x200 cm) with bathroom-shower, 1 double bedroom (160x200 cm) plus a bunk bed, along with 1 bathroom with shower. Lower level: small gym with sauna.

A Private Paradise
This was our first trip to Sicily. We were looking for a nice villa that was waterfront and had plenty of property to spread out. We hit the jackpot!!! This may be the most beautiful property we have ever had the privilege of enjoying. The grounds must be 3+ acres of sea-front splendor that sits on a promenade with 360 degree postcard views overlooking the Ionian Sea, a cove below, and views of a billowing Mt Etna! The landscaping, with its Balinese motif, is meticulously maintained. We never wanted to go inside. We sat on the portico covered patio for hours every day taking in the breathtaking views under the glorious Sicilian sun and gentle breezes. We honestly never wanted to leave the property. Did we mention the pool?!?! WOW! Words cannot describe how beautiful the pool, its location on the property, and its amenities - a full outdoor bbq/kitchen/dining area that seats 10+ people. The caretakers of the property are just as amazing as the views and the landscaping. The husband & wife duo (Vishan & Gida) are two of the warmest and welcoming people we have ever met. The property is a testament to their talents. In addition to the breathtaking outdoors were the gourmet meals prepared for us. What we could not finish left us with ample food for the next day’s meal. They took care of EVERYTHING!! We cannot compliment Vishan & Gida enough - thank you for making our stay so memorable! This villa is spectacular. Treat yourself!!!
