I was disappointed being that this is a Hilton hotel for the price I paid I expected better furniture it has chips on it and was outdated the racks in the bathroom has brown rust on it which I had to see while taking a shower very disgusting

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was very clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous, and in all honesty, it turned out our dog, spent a good portion of the morning, communicating through the door to housekeeping, and anyone else that walked by. We felt horrible when we got back from my daughters event, but they were very, very sweet and understanding I definitely recommend staying here

This was my second time staying at the property - clean, well kept, super friendly staff. Check in was at 3, but we arrived earlier and the front desk associate (can’t remember her name) worked with housekeeping to get a room turned over and allowed us to get checked in around 1. We will be back!

Friendly staff! Maintenance helped me find a dental mouth piece I had thrown in the trash outside the hotel at 10pm. He went over and above this duties..so grateful! Room and pool were aweso.e!

(4:30AM) Went down stairs to find something for breakfast and found the lobby abandoned....waited 10 minutes at the front desk to buy some snack items and no one came to the desk. I finally put everything back and was going back to my room and then saw the front desk clerk watching TV on a tablet off to the side table. She never once asked if she could help me or to get up.

Arrived at midnight for check-in due to travel and doors were locked at main entrance. Front desk clerk had to buzz us in because we didn't have a key card. At other 4 and 5 star hotels' main entrance is ALWAYS OPEN. Key cards should be used at areas where hotel roomguests use. Elevators, rooms, rear entrances, etc.
