"Overall the property was very good, clean and comfortable. The rear step entry needs more lighting at night, the sensor light by the door was not working. To be safer for older visitors, grab bars for toilet and shower would be very good. Good instructions for operating the TV would be helpful. All that could be accessed was Roku, which not provide any local channels. 5 controllers, but only one worked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises. "This property was absolutely stunning, with a keen attention to details. Christian was responsive, kind and answered all of our questions. I was born and raised near the area and it was such a fun experience to stay in New Richmond and see the ways that the town is being revitalized. There are many things to do within walking distance and even more after a short drive into Cincinnati. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asked."

"Exactly as described. A very comfortable space with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen with free bottled water and coffee. Small mini bar available too. A short walk to downtown and all it has to offer. Will definitely stay here again. Two window AC units but I found they kept the apartment very comfortable during our stay. "
