"We had a wonderful stay at the gite for over 2 weeks. It was the perfect place to visit the ehole of west Normandy includung Bayeux. It is close to the sea and to the village of Urville, where the local supermarket Utile had everyting you need and has great opening hours. The gite itself is cosy and the fact that it is near the castke with great gardens is an absolute plus. The interior is a bit outdated on some occasions an could do with some repairs, but our stay was very much ok. If i visit...

La pelouse aurait gagnée à être tondue ; Difficultés à joindre la personne d'accueil à Surtainville ( noms erronés donnés 2 fois par Poplidays, attente de 40 mns au soleil à l'arrivée, sans banc, pour avoir les clés. Pas d'information concernant le fait que l’accueil se fait au camping) Sinon, séjour très agréable."

"Dies hübsche, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit ruhigem kleinen Garten ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Excellent logement propre, bien équipé et aéré et bien ensoleillé sauf les rares fois où la pluie s'est immiscée dans notre programme (j'avoue c'est exagéré mais si peu pour des bretons habitués au crachin revigorant) pour profiter du calme (pas de voisins immédiats), de l'ambiance des marées (le rivage à 200 m à vol de mouettes) et la route des caps à quelques kilomètres. Conditions idéales pour une sublime découverte du Nord Cotentin. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite. "
