The rental is located in the heart of the Arcachon basin, equidistant from Arcachon and Cap Ferret. In Audenge you will discover the protected natural areas of the Certes and Graveyron domains where you will be offered multiple activities such as shore fishing, discovery of flora and fauna. You will benefit from the innumerable cycle tracks which go from Landes to Médoc. Audenge has the largest seawater pool in Europe with 3 pools to delight adults and children. Swimming is allowed in summer and supervised. This site includes a playground for children, a skateboard area for teens, a gym for everyone. The CAP 33 association will offer you many free activities in the summer. The Studio is on the ground floor with private garden of 150m2. Kitchenette equipped with Fridge / freezer Oven and Microwave oven, Washing machine, Coffee maker, toaster, 4-burner ceramic hob. Shower room with hydro massage jet shower, Hair dryer, towel radiator, washbasin, Washbasin. Living room with 1 double bed 140 and a Clic Clac. Flat screen TV, wardrobe, table and iron, vacuum cleaner. The Studio is air conditioned. Terrace adjoining the studio with table and 4 lean-to chairs for bikes, garden with 4 deckchairs, barbecue. Private and closed parking. Local shops at 1km, large commercial area and train station at 6km. Ornithological park, Aqualand Accrobranche activity park, Kid park, Ladybug park, Bowling, Casino at 10km, Golf, Jet Ski, Pinasse ride ... The prices are inclusive of all tax, water, gas and electricity.

Un délicieux moment…
Très bon accueil chez Laetitia et Frédéric. Le logement n’est pas très grand, mais rien ne manque pour un couple et leur petite fille de 3,5 ans. Le lieu est calme. L’espace extérieur est parfait pour que les enfants puissent s’y ébattre en toute sécurité. Les deux « plus » indéniables : l’accès autorisé à la piscine des propriétaires et la gentillesse du border collie de la famille ! Merci à nos hôtes pour le délicieux moment passé à Audenge.
