Lovely set up for a family gathering. Lodges are nice - some parts have been updated and others less so but still nice. Bar / restaurant staff were very accommodating. A little bit isolated so unless that’s what you want, then be prepared to drive to other things. We drove to Crieff Hydro for the kids activities and came back to Duchally early evening. All in all, great short break and would definitely go back.

We had booked twice in a row. The manager tried to charge us £50 to clean the room. We were advised on arrival that we would be charged for extra electricity usage. This is not a hotel. It is short term rental lodges with no daily cleaning. Kids shouting in the playground next to the lodges until after 10pm. I would never stay there again.

The property doesn't deliver on the description and photos. It's noisy, with kids shouting until post 10pm from the playground in the evening, football crowd type singing from the bar until later. The rooms are too basic, with tight shower space, limited supply of shower gel, no conditioner and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. On arrival, the receptionist, Ruby, didn't want us to have a door card per person, citing a shortage. We had to ask for the manager before she conceded. It was an awful start. I wouldn't stay here again. Overrated.

Beautiful grounds, nice units but could use a good overhaul. Bathroom tiles were lifted off the floor, grout all cracked. Kitchen sink was not secured. Just seemed tired. We were there for a full week, never had any services, had to go to front desk to get fresh tiles. Overall good, just a few quirks.

Out of the way, but I chose that when booking. Rental car definitely needed. Property does look a little old and could use some updating, but was perfect for our group of 5 and we made good use of the washer/dryer at the end of a 2 week trip. Restaurant on site we used quite a bit due to the out of the way location was good, but not great.

Superb
We had a week with the family and it was superb. The accommodation is lovely, although a little dated but superb for what we needed. It’s warm, clean and had everything in there you would need to cater for a family. All we needed to do was shopping. The leisure facility is great as is the hotel. The staff are brilliant and the food is lovely too. All in all a great week in Scotland.

A fantastic, but all too brief stay.
We stayed in one of the lodges which was superb. Clean, with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and a two minute stroll to the amenities. Beautiful, well kept grounds and pleasant, helpful staff made this a fantastic stay. Although we only stayed for the one night, we were so impressed we are now intending to book one of the lodges for several nights next time. I should also mention that the surrounding countryside is stunning and there is plenty to do and see for all ages.

I stayed only one night at the Wyndham but really enjoyed my time there. The lodge was spacious, clean and well equipped. The property grounds were beautifully kept and very peaceful. The staff on arrival was very friendly , welcoming and informative. The onsite restaurant has a very good dining menu as well as a good breakfast selection. I would not hesitate to come back to the Wyndham Duchally again

Grounds are lovely. When checking out, there was a 15-20 minute wait at reception. Need more staff. The lodge itself was spacious however upon entry there was multiple wasps & bugs are around the property. Cob webs on ceiling in spare room. Requires a good proper clean.
