There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Take the elevator up to your unit and luxury awaits. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement. Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit. There is a 55in flat screen television in each living room with a complete cable and internet package included. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the units.

202 offers a West view looking towards the stadium and has a private balcony!

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

We loved this VRBO! Location was perfect, unit was amazing ! My only comment and not even a complaint is that I wish they had curtains in the bedroom! The surrounding buildings had lights on all night that shined in the windows. I just covered my head!

Wonderful Auburn Stay
Lovely, well-appointed property, centrally located near downtown Auburn, and just minutes away from Auburn University. Check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy, and the accommodations were clean, spacious, bright, and tastefully designed. Parking was easy, and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is so lovely, clean and bright! If I could have moved in I would have! Amazing location literally steps to the university, shops and restaurants. I plan to rent it as often as I can when I return.

Nice Apartment, but LOUD
There is plenty of space and is very comfortable. Location is great for walking to campus and enjoying local attractions. However, the bar located directly behind the apartment is a noise issue. The sound machines provided in the apartment did not work. We tried everything to get them to turn on, but no luck. After one sleepless night, I went to Target and purchase ear plugs in order to get any sleep the second night. Also, the bright lights in the parking lot behind the apartment are on all night. With only blinds in the windows, there is a lot of light that filters through. Curtains would have been nice to help darken the room. This, coupled with the loud music from the bar, made sleeping very difficult. The only other suggestion would be to provide a corkscrew for opening a wine bottle. We assume a "furnished" kitchen would have this basic item.

Great location, great condo. Property management was fantastic with quick responses. Outside of condo is a parking garage that keeps lights on throughout the night- the shine right into condo so there is never darkness - bring sleep mask! Walls are thin- we had two nights of epic oarties above us - be prepared location is in loud area of town if students are partying.

Above Target is an Amazing Location

The condo is a well-appointed, comfortable space close to everything in downtown Auburn. You will hear some noise from neighbors in the building, as well as the nearby bars, but nothing that some headphones and white noise can't handle. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, and the place was absolutely amazing! Great location and so easily accessible. It was a wonderful walk to the basketball game and we enjoyed having breakfast at Stacks restaurant. Got some Toomers lemonade and visited the bookstores. This location is perfect for an Auburn downtown visit.
