This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is steps from downtown Auburn and Auburn University.

Burton Place is a central yet quiet complex in the middle of Auburn. You can't beat the combination of proximity and peace.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

New linen, furniture updates, parking provided, laundry in the unit, pets welcome, and a complex pool are just a few of the amenities.

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

This is managed by a seasoned company who has 20+ units in Auburn. If you need to travel to Auburn please let us know if you have questions or need different dates than are open on the calendar. Great spot near downtown
Nice, quiet (a summer visit) place with comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Walking distance to downtown and AU. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay
Needed a place to say a couple of nights in Auburn for Camp War Eagle, and this was just what we needed. It was convenient, nice accommodations, and no problems -- except remember to leave the parking pass out of your car before you leave (I forgot and had to mail it back).

Went for sorority parents weekend and loved this place it was perfect. Only down side was I couldn’t find local tv news - May have been user error but would have been nice to have in the instruction book

Met Our Needs
Great location, plenty of room and convenient to the Auburn campus. We were there for a swim meet and it was nice not having to commute long distance to get to the Auburn Swim Complex. It was also very quiet and peaceful, which was a pleasant surprise given how close to everything we were.

Great option for Camp War Eagle
My son and I stayed at this apartment for Camp War Eagle. It was very close to campus, plenty of space with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and a great overall option for anything related to Auburn University. The property managers were very responsive to any questions I had.

Prime location
Having stayed in this property before, I was just as happy with the close location to downtown and Auburn campus as that is where most of my visits took place. It is such a convenience to be able to leave your car parked at Burton Place and not worry about finding spots on campus or downtown, although that would not have been an issue during my particular dates. The apartment itself was perfect size for the two of us and would be for a family of four as well. It was clean and provided all the basic necessities needed for a 2-3 day stay.

Convenient, well-equippped apartment for lengthy stay
We stayed here for a month on a research trip to the university, and it's a great apartment for a stay of that length. Well equipped with pretty much everything you'd need for that long, and perfectly located for all the things in downtown Auburn and the university. The complex is quiet and pleasant, no noise to contend with. All in all, highly recommended.
