Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 203 offers a private balcony and overlooks a small downtown park.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Auburn. It is beautifully furnished and very clean. The best thing about this condo is its location. It is close to everything, downtown and campus. We didn't have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We came down to go to a wedding, and the location was perfect! It was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only downer was how awful the dumpster area smelled, all the time! We dreaded having to walk near it when we left the building.

Nice property and location to campus / town. It was clean and had all necessities. The door the unit stuck and made a loud scraping noise. We paid for parking next door as I didn't receive check in instructions until after check in. The paid parking was convenient. Manager said they were sent two weeks before reservation. After asking for them she did send them.

Auburn Blue Ballgame Trip
Best Location. Very nice place to stay. Convenient. Easy to access. About the only three things I did not like were the interior doors needed some adjustment or a door stop because I kept running into them. The bedroom windows were too bright through the night from the stairwell outside. The Samsung TV only had CBS Sports channel. No ESPN or SEC network. But we loved the quietness, the decor, and the layout. It was nice for us.

The location was great! The parking lot with the space and pass that was provided was constantly full the entire weekend so I had to park in the public parking and pay $15 per day. The trash removal is extremely inconvenient. I tried several times to reach the property owners to request an early check in and they never responded. I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi the entire weekend either. There is a laundry area on the floor to be shared with the other renters but NO laundry in the unit which was also extremely inconvenient.
