Our one night stay began with the inability to enter the room assigned to us. Our room keys didn't work. The maintenance employee was nearby and offered to open our door using his master key. Didn’t work. So we proceeded to return to the lobby from the 3rd floor for a new set of keys. They changed our room to another 3rd floor room and once again the keys didn’t work for us or the maintenance employee. At this point after driving for several hours, frustrated with room keys not working we asked for a room on the first floor. The room was clean. The advertisement said breakfast included. The breakfast area was being renovated so no breakfast. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Coffee wasn't being put out in the food area until 6:30am. I didn't like the powder creamer in the packets in the room so I didn’t drink coffee in the room. Bucee's was close by so we went there for coffee, breakfast, etc. Staff was a bit put out by the room key issues but they managed to be polite. No microwave in the room. I will not stay here again.

Very clean and great looking facility but I picked this hotel specifically for the advertised bistro for breakfast and coffee drinks for the morning and it was all closed down until further notice without informing us at booking or before check in. No alternative for breakfast offered and no discount even though part of their offerings were no longer available.
