The perfect game day location! This beautifully renovated unit has a huge deck with brand new furniture and grill, open layout, plenty of parking, and is walking distance to EVERYTHING Auburn has to offer! The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand-new bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit.

Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

This was a short walk to everything and very, very clean. The porch was great to have. Renters should be aware that the extra day bed is actually in the family room, not in the bedroom upstairs as the listing describes and there are train tracks behind the complex. Sound machines are provided, but some of our group woke up 3-4 times a night. We recommend you bring earplugs.

We were in town for a swim meet and wanted a bit more than a hotel. This place completely delivered! It was super clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing was the train that came through a few times a day and overnight but if that's the only thing I have to comment on it was a really great find! Will definitely be back!

This property was clean upon arrival, kitchen had all of your basic needs and the beds were comfortable. As many other reviewers mentioned, the train is very loud and comes a few times during the night. The property did provide very loud noise machines, which helped tremendously with the train noise.

Excellent Host! Great Property! Central to Everything!
This was a great overall experience. Amanda was extremely responsive, accommodating, and crystal clear at all times. The check in/check out process was a breeze. The property is tucked away and was an initial challenge for my GPS to accurately locate it. However, once there, the property was as accurately presented as in the photos and description. It has a modern touch and is well stocked with essentials- every room is well cleaned, and the beds are super comfy. Auburn University/Toomers Corner is only a couple of blocks away. 5 Star Experience All Around! We hope to stay here or another property managed by Amanda in the upcoming future. Thank You!

We had a fabulous stay at Amanda's place! We had a large group so we rented both of the townhouses that share the giant porch. First, Amanda was so responsive and easy to work with! She got the discount for renting both set up really quickly, and then when we wanted to change one of the houses to having an extra night, she set that up for us too and made it really easy. We had one house Thursday thru Sunday, and the other Friday thru Sunday. She let us have get into the Friday one super early in the day because there was no one in it which was great. The townhouses were easy to get into and very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space between the two townhouses for a mix of singles and married couples. The shared porch was fabulous, we spent a ton of time hanging out on the porch in the gorgeous weather. The location relative to campus is awesome, everything is walkable which was very enjoyable. Only things to be aware of: there are only 2 parking passes per side which isnt a lot. It's an apartment complex, so that's just what they get. We had a spot around the corner run by a friend where we could park and walk so we didn't get towed. Also, this is right by the train tracks. We all went to school in Auburn so we were used to the train, but just fyi. Lastly, the walls and floors are pretty thin and not very soundproof. All in all, 5 stars, this was the perfect place for a large group of friends to stay during a wedding!
